Support is non-existent, advice is non-existent. I csnnot even find a way to link myself installed HDL system to the app. Requests ignored, emails ignored ... what do i need to do to get a response? IT DOES NOT WORK. WHY DO YOU NOT RESPOND?

The app is useless, just as HDL support. There's no website or documentation for the app on HDL Automation website or anywhere over the internet. There's no way for a final user to upgrade or search updated information about this products, and the pc software for setup the system is outdated and very hard to use. HDL Bus pro was my worst investment ever.
