App no longer works with my recent Galaxy S10 software update to G973USQU2CSKP. Can't toggle between cameras. If I am able to get live video displayed, it hangs after a few seconds. No longer able to access cameras over cellular network. UPDATE: I received another Android update today. However, I also noticed and installed an HDVision app update made available today. It worked!!! Since the issue, I have been able to communicate with the company and its developers. Although a little more return communication would have been nice, they did seem concerned and motivated to fix the problem - and it appears that they were successful. Nice job! Increasing my rating from one star to four.
this app still needs work and appears to be still in development. im hoping an updated release will be out soon. My biggest grumble is with playback. if you click on an alarm. playback appears to get hung. Also no visual on the status bar of any type of event. Everything is normal not PIR or motion. Update: last release was a big improvement on the phone app. I still have some playback issues but im dealing with DSL upload speeds which may be part of the issue.
Terrible, non-functional app. Does not push notifications to phone, does not identify motion in video timeline. Everything shows up as 'Normal', which other reviews have mentioned as well. Seriously diminished value of security cameras. Pretty sure the five-star reviews were posted by the app developers.
Unable to install the app on my phone for my HD VISION cameras. It worked before but when I upgraded to a new system the app won't load talking to the techs at supercuricuts. I need this to work to be able to monitor my cameras on my phone.
This app will not work on the Alibi 4100 series DVR. I have tried and tried to help a client getting it to work. They are contemplating on purchasing anither product because of this. Don't understand why the only app that worked was no longer available. Would like to have the Alibi Witness app back on the Play Store. Have extracted the Alibi Witness app from my phone but don't know how to share it to my clients who have new phones and are now no longer able to install it.
Extremely slow to update and choppy streaming. It isn't a video review, it is a picture that updates only every few minutes.
Very buggy app, painfully annoying to use. IPhone version is much faster than Android version. This app needs some love from the development team...
The first video system I had used a different app but this new system we have uses hdvision and thre app is just slow. Sometimes it will load sometimes it won't. I wish there was a different app I could use
Some of the remote settings don't save. The sharing feature works great.
Easy set up connected to my camera system quickly. Also allows me to take snap shots and review video right in the app!
So far the app works well and I have no complaints and seems to be pretty user-friendly and allows you to access the DVR
I'd rather be punched in the mouth every morning rather than fool with this worthless app. Spend 3K on complete system, try to use it with a 5$ app. My balls on your chin HD Vision.
App has been not functioning on my device for several days after repeated re-installs, junk!!

We are able to get clean and clear vision on all of the cameras. My question is how do I activate the sound when I am on my laptop or phone?
Notification does not work. They will not fix it.

Overall, works good. Would love to see more accuracy in terms of push notifications. Once turned on, it works great for an hour or so. After that I receive none. I will get the emails set up through the DVR, but not the push notifications through the app. Once the program is opened, i get bombarded with all the notifications that did not come through originally.
