1. They kept sending me barcode which was not the ticket. And at venue i was told by the staff to being full ticket and not the barcode. support team tookalmost 1.5hr to fix that issue while i was waiting outside that place, i booked tickets for 12 pm and due to this issue i was late by 30 min. 2. Ticket for desert safari were sent for April 29th, while I wanted it for March 29th. I put the complaint againt it, they said they will fix the issue and send me confirmation. But no confirmation has

Scam service. I have bought tickets for a museum through their service and they were 20% more expensive than in official site. When I asked to change date of tickets they said they were unable to do it. Scam and poor service.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional, bordering on being a scam. I booked tickets for Snow City Singapore and was denied entry despite having the tickets. I made an expensive international call to the US helpline for remediation and was met with unhelpful service staff who hung up on me without conclusion. Thanks for ruining christmas for us. DO NOT USE headout unless you are ready for a disappointing experience.

Scam!!! They didn't booked us the right resevation dates and didn't want to change our dates later on. I would not recommemd this app.

I purchase two tickets for me and my daughter online using your website for the Dubai Aquarium and zoo. I waited for more than 30 minutes for the email confirmation but never came. Few minutes later I decided to make another purchase, thinking that maybe was a problem with the transaction. After the second purchase, same thing, no tickets!!! Waited with my daughter for almost an hour and went home. 10 min later I got the confirmation; However they refuse to refund my money. Stay away!!!

Very bad experience twice. First, the tickets did not arrive in time and second time they sent us to an appointment in an apartment building were we waited past entrance time. No refunds. BTW - the prices at he gate were half.

Quite a bad experience using the application. First it only logs in through Facebook. Second, it keeps hanging or rarely loads. The online chat feature wasn't helpful at all. The customer care representative had no idea of the issues faced or how to handle them. I referred my friends, but ended up recieving no credit for the same, even after them booking. Customer care still has no idea what's wrong.

I booked four tickets for a guided tour of the Rijksmuseum at Headout. Had a great experience! The main benefit was that we were part of a small group, so we could interact with our tour guide and learn more about the art here. I would recommend booking this tour on Headout since we also received skip the line entry and saved almost 30-40 minutes of waiting time outside the museum.

App didn't show all tickets I'd bought; then, believing the reservation hadn't come through, I unwittingly purchased a duplicate. Cancellation policy is non-existent. The app has one goal: keep your passes sorted. If it can't do that, then it is less than useless. Recommend getting some of the competitor's apps, such as GetYourGuide.

The app is awesome! It has a good variety of experiences and you can book all your tickets in one place. The app is very pretty and also easy to use. You don't have to worry about booking trips with agents and dealing with them. Have had 0 issues with booking tickets with Headout and the cost is good too. Definitely use it if you are from Dubai or Singapore.

Me and my wife had such a great time. I am glad that I booked tickets from Headout. We decided to go to Garden by the Bay in Singapore and it was such an enthralling experience. The platform is spectacular and user interface is smooth. All the details and provisions were provided within a click of a button and the process seemed easy. I would recommend this application to whoever wants to travel.

I have used this app both for local and international events and have satisfied with each and every purchase. The customer service is professional and attentive. When pice comparing, I have found that this app gives you better and lower prices. The con is that isn't not available in more cities and countries.

Really bad, the search itself and descriptions are good but as a viable app itself the support just isn't there. Booked a pasta making course in Italy, spent 30 euros on a taxi to get there, stood waiting for 40 minutes for the person to show up. Neither number given worked, had to stand in the blistering sun on a really slow service chat to find out the host had cancelled the class and we'd receive a refund when the bank processes it. 6% off our next endeavour with headout, absolutely not.

Booking tickets with Headout was easy and very simple. The tickets were priced well also and were great value for money. I made a mistake during booking my tickets because a friend dropped out at the last night. Even though the tickets were not cancellable, the support team helped me out and were able to cancel the extra ticket. Great work and I had a lovely experience.

The worst app to use for booking anything!!!! Booked tickets to the Colloseum & Vatican museum and both times I had to call at least 2x for the actual ticket to be sent to me. The last tickets actually expired as they arrived too late and had to spend 0.5hrs searching for the meeting point......only to miss my tour and got Zero assistance from headout. I DON'T RECOMMEND!!!

It was my first time booking tickets online. Initially, I was hesitant to get the passes because it was afternoon already and 5 of us were planning to watch the show the same night. But everything turned out perfectly. Headout helped me with the tickets and we were able to get in without any worries. We also got really good seats for a good deal. Thanks and I will surely not think twice before using Headout again.

First time using this app, and had a great experience. They have plenty of options for touring around. The photos were accurate of the view and room. The services provided via the app were really easy to follow. Looking forward to trying more trips via headout.

Best prices of all the apps and websites that I checked. I wasn't sure about it but I went ahead with the booking anyway. Absolutely loved it and had no issues, got my tickets on time and a proper cashback as well. Will surely be using again on all my trips.

I don't recommend to use this app. While booking tickets to legoland dubai, I faced an issue at the last step when making the payment. The booking was done twice and the amount was debited from my credit card twice. I directly contacted the support agents through chatting and they told me that they will reply in few hours. Every 12 hours I was sending reminders and I received the same reply.... then I had to offer the 3 tickets to a friend before their expiry. bad experience! So unprofessional!

Best app for travelling - you can book tickets at the last minute and still get the best possible prices. I’ve been using it for my trips across the USA and it is really easy to book and you get your tickets immediately. Had to cancel some tickets and was able to get a refund asap. Thanks for making my trips memorable!!

This is brilliant! With so many choices of cities to explore, it really gives you solid travel goals. The booking process was smooth and super convenient. Just a matter of a few clicks and BOOM, you're done! Also, lots of last-minute offers and discounts for those who have the eye for them.

This is the only app you need to book all your travel tickets. I used them in Dubai and was blown away with the selection of experiences and the prices at which they were available. I'll be visiting London for Christmas and can't wait to use Headout to explore London.

Everything went seamlessly and a good amount of my follow up could be done via text messaging. I think that this is outstanding. Saving money on tickets are a good thing but not at the cost of my time which is invaluable. I was able to get tickets at a great price but the minimal investment in time in addition to the convenience of the transaction made this experience outstanding.

Doesn't work at all. Unreal how bad this is. Ticket doesn't load, chat with support doesn't work. Scam company

This easy to use app had a number of great options to do at a low, discount price. Additionally, after purchase, the vouchers were sent promptly and we experienced no issues in redeeming them.
