I really like how the app works, and that they are looking at adding other parts into it. Up until today I was able to add a add mood information in, but I run across a bug and it will not allow me to continue past emotions. I tried to give feedback but it wouldnt provide an email address. All issues fixed now! Fixed within 24 hours. Looking forward to getting new features.
THE best app I've ever downloaded. it works with the fitbit but a actually goes on to explain your body's ratings and how to improve them and also the risks if you don't which you don't get with the fitbit app. . Update: I'm quite enjoying the new addition of the HeadUp Labs but the only negative with it is that you can't check what your goal/experiment is. It just asks if you hit your target but I can't remember what target I picked!
A handy app which syncs perfectly with the fitbit app to help crunch and analyse your wellbeing in an easy to understand format. The app is presented well with cute pictures and emojis. It is interactive with plenty of options of how you want to use the data. The daily checkin reminder is great for stepping back and really thinking about how you are. It's made me more focused on my goals, especially with features such as your v02 max and how efficiently your heart is working! Would recommend!
I'm having issues since the update. I click on the screen and it goes to head up then reverts to a white screen. It won't open. It's a shame as until the update it worked fantastic. I have uninstalled it re installed it 6 times but nothing it's the same. Fit bit was syncing fine with it but just can't open it at all. I have forced shut down, turned phone and restarted phone but nothing.
Can't even set up the app to use it. Every time I go to fill out information and press "done" the information I entered disappears and I can't access anything past the set up page because the "next" button isn't avaliable until the info is updated and complete. Not worth the time it took to download and open, and now I have a random account open that I can't even close due to poor access to the actual app.
So far, I loved the experience. Makes me want to come back for updates. Love the articles. They are concise and fun to read. Love the level of detail when it comes to related information. I really think that with development this app will be able to offer you an analysis of your status. To improve, maybe you could add more categories on the mental health feedback on both "how are you feeling" page and on the "anything else" 😁
After a few weeks of completing daily check-ins and regular sync's with Fitbit, the app will have enough info to provide very useful 'Insights'. The categories are Mind, Heart, Sleep, Weight (needs your measurements) and Activity. Personally, the more I know about my overall health and how I'm traveling, leads me to make better decisions (e.g; meals, work-outs, recovery) and staying motivated. The GUI is very user-friendly, uncluttered and pleasant/snappy navigation. No Ads which is also great.
So much potential with this app but it's been downhill over the last few weeks/months. Not capturing the data from my fitbit, not being able to work out VOmax, not being able to distinguish between low heat beat which requires medical attention and a low heart beat from being fit. As I say, so much potential but I think I'll leave the party now but I will be back should it be fixed.
Before update worked fine. Unistalled/reinstalled still having issues. Keeps crashing. I've submitted information before and nothing has come of it. Still getting notification to do my daily check in and look at some insights but I still can't open it. It's weird that it works to do what it wants but when I need it to work it doesn't.
It's an interesting app. It's written well it's not intrusive, you can put quick information in and not feel it takes forever. However, it is useless for anyone with any sort of disability. It tells me I have a high BFP when my Dr says I should have a higher BFP, it says my sleep efficiency is good when I know its not again through medical testing, and it doesn't have anywhere you can tell it you have disability effecting activity levels and ability. So interesting but not useful for disabled.
Has randomly stopped adding steps to the counter. So your streak is lost. Do not recommend
Update, not entirely sure what happened over the weekend but myissues are all fixed and it's back to being a really helpful little app! this was a great app before the latest update, but now it no longer works properly. I can open the app but as soon as I try to enter any data it crashes.
I really like this app but today I'm unable to check in because when it asks me to select emotions there are none. The happy/sad/neutral part still works but the part after is blank. Also I think it would be nice if we could select multiple emotions eg. confident, energetic etc. separate from the happy/sad part. And then the app could potentially sort you into happy/sad depending on what you picked because days are full of multiple emotions, not necessarily good all day.
Uh.. I couldn't even sign up. After (correctly!) filling out my personal data, the app asked me to enter a promo code, i clicked "I will do it later" and NEXT and the error message showed that my email or password was incorrect 😶 eh. After trying multiple times my (nonexisting) account was locked and I was told to contact customer service. Upon clicking the provided link, my browser said that the page doesn't exist. Is this app still alive?
Seriously disappointing. It didn't sync properly with my Fitbit and it changed my height and weight all the time. Tried all their trouble shooting. They did respond to my issues but didn't come up with any resolutions that worked just frustrated me and stressed me out. I uninstalled after over a week of trying to make it work
Beautiful graphic design. Originally the app did not work at all as it would not connect to my Garmin account, but after the update mentioned in the reply, it is now working. Although clearly still under development (e.g. references to VO2 max but no page for it) what is there is already excellent, so I look forward to further updates
Looks promising but lacks integration with Google Fit, which should have been available by default. Other integrations that should be added are: Health Mate by Withings, MapMyFitness and MyFitnessPal, as well as, Strava. In fact, Google Fit is more than enough as it is the central data dump for all these other tracker apps.
easy to use, useful insights that target your responses. prompts you to check in to assist with gathering data to build stats. I really like it, may be good to have a few more options on the emotion side. Thank you
I liked the whole design and idea. But, with every update it has lost all my trending data and I have had to start again, oddly. Having done that so many times, I have to give up. Very nice idea when it was working for me for a while. I might come back to it in a later life. :)
In fairness this initially wasn't syncing, a quick email to support and all was fixed, people should give developers a better chance before writing a bad review. Actually now it's working its good. I'm sure they will be more updates and progression so gonna stick with it. Plus it's free.
Great service. But there's a problem with the android app. Unable to log in. It crashes and closes?
