This app used to work ok but, in the last few months, the log in methods aren't working properly, no access to the account. Fingerprint and the pin code aren't working. I haven't been able to log in for a while now. I did uninstall and installed the app and that helped. It was working good for a few week but, it started again with the log in issues. Unbelievable how the developers aren't fixing the app issues. Is the way we communicate with our doctors and follow up our health records.

This is a terrible app. I was logged in perfectly fine, then when I went to use the fingerprint scanner it kept making me rescan repeatedly. I uninstalled and reinstalled to try to fix, and now it is entirely not recognizing me, saying it can't find my records. It freezes up when I try to reset credentials, says it is sending a verification email and never does, and when I try to input my info for a username reset it just blanks out all I've submitted when I press enter.

Was fine. Not the best GUI, but she got the job done once you were accustomed to it. During the past week, after years of using it, I added a 2nd practice last year... Now I can't get past the: welcome & give us your pin page. Thr wrong pin generates an appropriate message but the correct pin flashes an unusable glimpse of the main page before returning to the: welcome & we need your pin page. My results were posted yesterday and I can't see them! For now, the app is a total failure.

Every time I try to login it just flashes back to the login page and goes nowhere. Every time I want to use it I have to uninstall and reinstall, which is a real hassle, especially since it involves finding the practice code again and re-verifying via text message. The user interface is nice and fairly intuitive, but the login issue really ruins it. Probably just go back to using the website.

The words cannot be enlarged nor the screen changed to make it easier for those with vision challenges. Pastel or light print on a white background using a font that is not bold or well defined is not helpful on a medical app. It also wouldn't recognize my fingerprint and refused me access. I requested a password change, the email never sent. I was forced to delete and reinstall the app. I atrempted to read the letter from my doctor but half of it is cut off. I can only read it on my desktop.

Great app to keep up with so many things! Upcoming appointments, lab results, messaging your doctor, referrals, and prescription renewals. Easy to use, but it forces me to lock my phone to use the app, which l don't like! If I'm driving I have to enter a pin to unlock the phone and every time it times out. To solve the problem I set-up and delete the phone pin number each time I use the app. As soon as I finish this review I'm deleting the phone pin again!

Where is the fix? Still broken. Still disappointing. Promised an update to fix the lock screen issue. No help forthcoming. Worse than useless. Getting alerts and can't access my information! Don't bother downloading. Breaks with upgrades and support is non-existent. The use or lack of a pin on my device is beyond an apps control. Or should be. Filed a complaint with the play store.

It's a bit buggy and suffers from issues that occasionally force a reinstall. For example, it occasionally will send me several push notifications from midnight to the early morning to check in for appointments that I've already checked in for. I'm just glad that I have the ability to block notifications, otherwise I would have uninstalled this a while ago. The workflow isn't too bad otherwise.

Update: I had to uninstall and reinstall it again. Go through the setup process as well. We shall see how this goes. This used to work great, but doesn't anymore. I used to be able to see upcoming appointments, messages from dr, labwork results, etc... Now, everytime I open the app, it goes into a constant state of trying to sign in. It will not let me accept agreement, it just keeps going to enter pin or use finger print to sign in. It won't go anywhere.

EDIT: Used to be great a great app. Ever since they updated the pin from 4 to 6 digit (and probably other things) The msg center is messed up. It says I have a new msg, but I can it find it. Some old communications have disappeared too. Huge bummer, it's been a while and still not fixed!!! (4/21/22) *Great app, super useful and easy to use. I love the communication feature and that I can look up my results at any time*

It's a little difficult to get into the app to begin with & then to be able to manuver around. No prompts as to what you need to do. Can't add additional notes as I think of them. Type them in but they don't show up when going back to look & see if they added in the notes section. It's just a hard app to do what you want to in with very little help getting around.

I have had some problems with the app, but overall it works as intended. I do NOT like having to designate my provider and office every single time I want to send a message! And, I do not like the app forcing me to change my PIN to be more secure. It should be MY choice if I want a more or less secure PIN. Additionally, as I type this message, the app times out and forces me to re-enter my PIN! That needs to be eliminated or provude a much longer window for the user.

Honestly when the app works as designed, it's still pretty garbage. Bad UI, unintuitive, etc. But it's currently unusable for me because there's a bug that causes my pin to be requested over and over. As in I input my cred, window closes, prompt immediately opens back up. Doesn't matter if I use pin, password, or fingerscan.

I like Healow better than the website because I only have to remember my pin, not a unique password. I also seem to get a faster response than from the website. However, lately it has been very frustrating. In writing messages to the doctor, the app keeps going back to my login screen about every two minutes, and we have to go through the process again. Just a few minutes ago, it took three logins in order to complete my message. Very frustrating!

I like the layout and the ease of messaging my doctor if allowed. However something keeps going on with the app where it cycles through the login over and over. Whether I use a password or my thumbprint, it logs me in and then asks for it again a second later. I've had to delete and reinstall the app each time and then it works for maybe two or three logins before it has the same issue.

This app is trash. I've been trying to log in for almost 15 minutes. I've reset my password countless times in that time frame. I have to refresh the links sent to me because on the first click it states that they invalid. I shouldn't have to insert my information countless times and have no results. The amount of unsuccessful attempts it's taken me to retrieve my information and attempt to reset my password I could've gotten my results in less than 2 min over the phone. Fix this.

It's horrible! For the birds this app! You can't print out your very own medical history or screen shot so as to then send to yiur printer either as a pdf created file or a pictured document. All it does or rather it did, for me anyways, was slow my phone, eat up memory and waste my very valuable, lost forever, "TIME" . And the same goes for the Sanitas app too. Fix it or hire a real "IT Company Professional" to create a fast working, full-access app or don't bother people with junk!

Lock screen issue. Biometric login prompt comes up endlessly and does not allow entry into the app. If you switch to pin entry and login that way, as soon as you get passed that part, the biometric (fingerprint) prompt comes up. Using your fingerprint correctly shows the app accept the print, it begins loading the next screen (the main menu) only to immediately prompt for the fingerprint again... Endless loop, no way past it. Cannot get into settings to disable biometric login. Broken app.

Great idea in theory, but terrible in reality. Totally NOT user friendly. I should be able to just have one account with myself and all my family, but nope, it's not that simple. Also, the message section is tiny and you can't "open" messages to read them well. Currently, it isn't working at all. I log in successfully, but it doesn't change from the login page. Come on! Let's actually make this a useable, helpful app!!

Every update makes this app worse and unusable. I've had to uninstall and reinstall this app too many times. Just now the fingerprint scanner would not stop popping up. It would accept my print and then pop right back up 1 sec later. I tried my pin, but it lead right back to the scanner. Last time it wasn't letting me send messages. Ugh, reinstalling and finding the correct office is a pain too. It wouldn't let me select my provider even though she was an option. Seriously get it together.

Fine when it works, but missing basic functions like being able to reply to a message. Currently, I can't log in - it just goes into an endless loop requesting my fingerprint. And it keeps giving me random notifications to check in for an appointment or that I have a new message. Very unimpressive.
