I don't know what happened with the app, but it takes forever to load in the last 2 months. This isn't really convenient or quick easy app anymore for pregnant moms, especially when we get notifications on "See what's happening on week #" but won't load. This app holds personal information as well and would be great help if we got the developers to get this fixed ASAP.

I like the app when it actually loads my information... which seems like never! Whenever I log in the loading symbol just spins and spins and nothing ever happens! Extremely frustrating when I want to look at updated labs results from my doctor

For the last month my app has been useless. At 7 months pregnant this is a headache I don't need. This was the easiest way for me to do tact my provider and have access to my information and even after uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, it just continues to load my main screen after I log in.

Great when it actually works, but about half the time, either doesn't load past the PIN login screen, or bypasses the login and won't allow access to any of the features...so, really, what's the point?

The app doesn't work at all. I have tried for several months to just log in so I can have better access to my midwife. It is just a constant loop of entering the code and putting in the info they require from the hospital that I know works, yet they claim it doesn't exist. When I try to do a different log in where they send me a code through my phone to reset my password it just goes through the same exact loop. I have better luck just calling my doctors office instead this headache of an app

I used to love this app but ever since the new year it takes forever to load and I've even uninstalled it 3times and still no change. I cant even access my doctors notes or appointments in it anymore unless I'm willing to wait 15 to 30 minutes for them.

The last update completely ruined the app. Now today I cant even get passed the login screen. It just keeps with the spinning circle.

I keep trying to log in using the "easy" way but it keeps saying the log in code they send me is invalid. After over 5 different codes, I gave up.

Love that I am able to keep in touch with my doctor easier! Also love that all my lab results are available for me to view!

Never got to use the app because it won't get past the log-in screen. This app is broken.

i love that i dont havw to wait till my next appointment to get all my results from lab work etc it's a great app to have I recommend it

Super buggy app. Loads forever and sometimes doesn't even let you log in ... but somehow it always sends notifications Uninstalling this garbage.

This app is terrible. It has crashed 4 times in 5 mins. I can't send a message to my provider and it is very frustrating. It's not intuitive in the layout and really doesn't have all of the fun aspects of some of the other pregnancy apps. I would rather call my provider and use a diff journal so avoid the stress of this mess

I think it has potential... but it's sloooooow. The app takes FOREVER to load and constantly asks for the pin code over and over and over. If I switch between windows I have to re-enter and wait for it to slowly reload. My bank app doesn't even do that... instead it gives a timed time out. I would like to swap between windows without being kicked out.

I had the regular Healow version without the extra pregnancy stuff like a journal & kick counter. I thought this would be cool to keep a pregnancy journal. However, I cannot access any past journal entries due to an error I receive whenever I open that portion of the app. I've emailed the company but they said just wait for an app update. That was almost two months ago & nothing has changed. So now I can't remember when I felt her move the first time or see my other entries. Totally bummed.

No reply from doctor, can't view records. App is pretty obsolete

The app simply doesn't work. Cool concept, terrible execution.

Not all features are working...you can't view doctor s note or list of appointments anymore 😐

Wish I could give them no stars. I even contacted them about how the app was not working in November 2016. They just now emailed me March 16th 2017 and want me to see if thry "fixed" the problem. I am 35 weeks pregnant now. I don't really need the app anymore. Highly do not recommended.
