App connection to room system is random at best. Songs added to the app queue don't actually display on the TV's. What does "Send Request" even mean and why is that button a different style than the "Insert as Next Song" button? Pair this with the unresponsive physical remote buttons and you have a perfectly unusable karaoke experience. My first attempt using this at the Round 1 arcade in Towson, MD will be my last. Korea and Japan have done karaoke rooms for decades without issues. Got gud.
Following the instructions given and was unable to connect to the karaoke machine. At least I was able to look up songs. I even went through my phone settings and turned off the option to use mobile data if there is bad connection via WiFi. In short I made sure my phone only tried to connect via WiFi.
I like the app but it needs a custom playlist and community playlist like on spotify. I like the selection and the favorite feature is great but its a mish mash of a lot of genres and I wish I could organize it to better fit my mood when I'm in the kareoke room. Ive never been able to get the app to work with the system at my round 1 but I just use the app to find songs.
When I had my older galaxy it worked great! love the direct to screen songs and easy to use system. The down side is since I got my new Snote 9 the app stoped working. Even after making sure my phone and are up to date. I will keep the app but would love to sing karaoke with healsonic once the app is updates enough.
Was working well until the last 2 months or so, now songs and artists I previously could find are missing! :( Still accessible if I added them to my favourites, still turn up if you type them into the machine, but you can't look up some songs and artists anymore. I really hope they fix this soon...
App didn't work, couldn't connect to WiFi and couldn't view the song queue. Ended up having to look up song codes on the app and enter them manually into the system.
I use this old school...handing a request to a KJ. So a PDF file would work. The New Songs listing hasn't been updated since August 2019. It's August 2020 now. It would also be nice if you had a better show tunes selection. Only three songs from Beauty and the Beast? Only one song from The Muppet Movie?
App was decent however I would love to be able to access sounds from a different site or add ur own music. We couldn't find songs that are alternative that were big hits so the sucked. The selection was ok.
Ok selection and more convenient than flipping through a book, but serious problems with Chinese language search. Everything is only in traditional script and cannot be searched by simplified script.
Connected to healsonic wifi. Disconnected mobile data. App still couldn't see I was connected to the healsonic network. Uninstalling. Going back to sharing one ipad with 6 people. >:(
Queue doesn't work, adding songs to beginning/end of list isn't intuitive, but it is a cool communal way of managing your Karaoke!
Can't connect. App has to connect to the same network as the machine, network is locked at the place the machine is in. If this app was competent, it would have servers to connect to independently instead of depending on a local connection.
I had to download this app instead of just using the keypad. Even if it works well, this is the least efficient way to do Karaoke
love the ultra current karaoke selection. also the ability to search the Huge song selection. yayy!!!!
Its not downloading at all. Ive been waiting 10 mins already. Nothing is wrong with the internet. i can download webpages and other files just fine.
Does not have 24 Hour Cinderella or Baka Mitai. I suggest the developers add songs from video games.
It would be great if it had a play all button on favorites and if it would have a fast forward button to skip to the chorus
Doesn't work at all. Just delete it and go to a better karaoke place. Maybe hire someone that can code?
wish there was a way to access queued songs, other than that its pretty good

The selection is so small they only have like top 10s and that's it.

Update: The app only gets worse with every update. The search function doesn't work at all and it erased all of my favorites. You used to be able to still search songs even if you weren't connected to a Healsonic network; seems like that isn't possible anymore. If they ever really make improvements to the app I'll update my stars, but so far they've only lost stars.
I love the fact that I can view the entire song library from my phone, so I don't have to leaf through the books that may or may not be falling apart or dirty. However I never can get my phone connected to the healsonic system, so I cannot take advantage of the "setting up a queue" system. However for not having to go through a book alone this makes it one of my favorite apps whenever I go to karaoke.
