The app crashes alot and if I try to go out of the app it makes me have to force close the app before i can go back in otherwise i will only see the splash image of the hand holding the fuzzy heart. But once inside and using the trackers it works well.
Where is the Return Pass link I need to use each a.m. before returning to the office? Directions say use the "quick links" on homepage and choose "Return Pass"..... 1st, can't find a Quick Links anywhere and no option to search for a "Return Pass". Company has not returned in full to on-site. Has this just not been set up yet? Confused.
Poor design, not intuitive, making for difficult navigation.
Couldn't logon. It said there was no internet connectivity. Right before I connected and gave this review
worked great last year ,but won't finish loading selected items or pages.
Can't log in. I use my finger print or password. It accepts them both. Then nothing.

update??? it wont even download the update. its taken three days and it hasnt download or updated...

Great site full of information for staying healthy! All companies should provide Health Advocate to their employees.

This is the last time I'll rate this app! I'm constantly uninstalling and downloading this app! It works for a while then takes hours to load if it does . I'm over it!!!
For what I use this app for it is pretty good except it takes so long to load. Sometimes when I open the app it won't come up to the log in unless I close the app and reopen it. Hopefully some upgrades are on the way
Very difficult to use.

It won't let me sync with SHealth and supposedly they are compatible but I've spent hours trying to sync and it just won't!!! False advertisement
Installed and then after it kept prompting to install Samsung health and cost me a lyft client, uninstalled it.
I downloaded the app, but I can't register. The date of birth field opens current calendar with current date and the only way to set the birthday is to keep swiping month by month to get to the correct date. For me this is 699 swipes. If you stop for any reason, calendar resets to current date. I tried several times and I gave up and I will be uninstalling this app.
