I ended up paying twice for a online consultation, no meeting. They said the doctor tried calling, all that happened was it rang. No option to answer. 400Aed down the drain. Please fix your system bugs. The concept is good but program has issues. 400aed is no small amount.
although it feels odd to get prescriptions online but the facility it provides and time it saved for busy guy like me is amazing. highly recommended.

pretty easy to see a doctor from the comfort o your home. you can even get a sick leave certificate and an e-prescription through this app.

Do not sign up or download. It's waste of time. Most of the insurances are not covered. Mine is Daman and it doesn't cover.
