App loads quickly and has lots of information, videos and 4 week self help plans on many different topics. For me on a S9+ the PDFs open fine and I see Adobe acrobat reader opening the file which is very smooth action. I have also saved some videos to watch offline whilst I'm travelling but it just worked as I would expect. Thanks!
Lots of info presented nicely and easy to use. I see bugs reported in other comments but they must be resolved now. All worked fine for me on the S10 Plus. Cheers
looks good would like to reccomend however unable to open Fact sheets some colleagues also on Samsung Android phones having same problem
Unhelpful UI and doesn't show what the workplace package includes
Can't even load the home page. All I get is the news feed.
I was rather disappointed tbh. I was hoping there would be a online chat to chat to someone.

Health Assured are always on hand when I need them and this new app is just another way to access their excellent support.
Upon opening the app, the only options available to me are 'newsfeed' and 'home'. The homepage is totally blank other than a link to take a survey. Feels like most of the content is missing for some reason. I'm using a Pixel 3a on Android 10.
