As with other reviewers, the app won't go past the first quiz question; it just freezes. For those of you having to use this for Humana Go365, if you log onto the Health IQ website to take the quizzes, it will link up to 365 so you can get your points. Update 10/1419: The developers have fixed the freeze issue and the app appears to be working perfectly now. Thank you for fixing it!
App stopped working with jan 29 2019 update. Hasnt worked since. Starts to load and then crashes and goes away. This happens every time i try and start the app. Have a samsung galaxy 8 plus which is up to date. The app used to be great before the update. Update, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app and it's working fine now.
Thank you the below issue was fixed after i uninstalled & reinstalled the app. The app won' let you take the tests. Each time i try to take a test (tests are worth pionts in my insurance health app) the test won't let me move to the next question. It just freezes there with my selection but won't do anything else. I have tried several tests but all with the same issue. I tried the feedback but nothing happened there either.
Like others have mentioned the app just stopped working. It loads then quits constantly. I've installed and uninstalled multiple times. Since you are likely paid by Go365 to provide this app and functionality it would be extremely nice if this app actually worked. Wish I could give it fewer stars because the team behind it obviously isn't working on keeping it running in any meaningful manner. Edit: 4/27/20 - still the single worst app I have ever had to use. Crashes constantly.
Janet was SUPER fast at response. it's working again, and I guess it doesnt matter what fixed it, but THANKS!! use this for GO365. App worked until 5/18/19 and suddenly stopped. This happened whether connecting thru Go365 or directly thru app. Restarted phone, uninstalled app and now it wont reinstall. stars come back if it works again.
I don't feel like I'm learning much about health through these "quizzes". All you get are some random questions, many that you couldn't possibly know off the top of your head (e.g. the Chinese word for "steamed" food). I'd rather have actual reading content than some random quiz that does nothing for me. 2 stars for what little I did retain from this guessing game.
This app works haphazardly. It is connected to my health insurance product & I should receive a daily email to take the quiz. Sometimes I receive the email; sometimes I don't. One day I received approx. 50 emails. I was told that I could take the quizzes online and still receive "credit" for taking them with my insurance product, which I did for a time. Now the app will not open & there are no updates & I'm not receiving the daily emails. I'm frustrated!
The content of this site is great, but the app constantly crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. It is frustrating, but I need the app for my wellness program. Please fix!
I would give 5 stars because I like the quizzes and makes me informed about health. Nevertheless, I synced it with my company app for my house and now it doesn't open and crashes each time. I haven't used it for two months.
Constantly crashes. You have to uninstall and reinstall to have any hope of even opening it. This issue has gone on for quite a while with no improvement and the app hasn't been updated in well over a year.
Very frustrated with this app. It was working fine until mid June and suddenly stopped syncing to Humana Go365. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times Now go365 is telling me i need to log into the app with a user name and pasword not fb or google. I cant figure out how to do this.
It is great when it works but every so often the app stops working. I try to log in and get kicked out app stopped working which is frustruating. I try unstalling and reinstalling to fix several times but does not work
Humana go 365 suggest this app so the employees can get points and knowledge. This app keeps closing on its own can not get it to stay open 99% of the time. Have to uninstall it and install it constantly to try and get it work. This app needs a lot work or something to get it to work properly.
this app stopped connecting to my go365 app. I am no longer receiving points. I contacted you all a month ago because the app kept crashing. you suggested I uninstall and reinstall the app. I did, but lost all my points in this app, and now it won't count my points toward the go365 app.
Adequate learning tool, but it's hard to tell how long each quiz will be; some have 12 questions, some have 35. Crashes occasionally and you need to uninstall and reinstall to make it work again.
Was working fine but for the last several days, it closes every time. Unable to take quizzes for insurance points. Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, still not working.
App keeps crashing. It used to work fine. Tried fixing several times. Getting really annoyed. I think I'm going to delete this app permanently. 👎
I installed this b/c the Humana Go365 app suggested it. I've tried linking this app through the Go365 app and website. Both fail in the same way. I jet a JSON blob reporting a 501 server error. The apps never link. OAuth is pretty simple. This means that Humana or HealthIQ changed something. I have no way of knowing who broke the integration at this point. The questions seem good and informative even if some of them are phrased in odd ways such that I have to read them 3x just to know what is being asked.
I like taking the quizzes but the app itself keeps getting more and buggy. I can't even open it the last few days. It crashes on launch.
App is freezing on the 1st question. Cannot complete quiz or add points to Humana365. For those looking to download this app don't waste your time. You can see from the comments and time frame from which you dont see a reply that the developers either don't care or the app is no longer supported.
application keeps stopping, then won't open at all. uninstalling and reinstalling seems to be a temporary fix, then it does the same thing again.
Quizzes are informational and fun. Some are hard if you don't know the lingo (yoga poses, ect.) App crashes frequently and must uninstall and restall.
Problems loading daily quizzes. I have uninstalled multiple times and it still will not work. This needs to be fixed. I've reported the bugs to the system and don't know what else to do.
Worst app design. I have a samsung galaxy 9+, a common mainstream phone, and the app will not let me pass to question two on a quiz. I would like many others, give this a 0 if possible. Get your app together.... you said on 9/10 that you were working on it.... its 9/26, get it together....
I used this app for 23 days without issue, then suddenly it closed just after opening. I reported it but it's still happening. Very Frustrating!
This is not working... It keeps closing.. I thought it was my phone and have deleted pics, apps etc only to come here and read others have had the same problem... How are we supposed to get points for go365?? And why does go365 allow this.??? Please fix the problem.. I enjoy the questions and knowledge it gives
UPDATE: I'd give this app NO STARS, if it were possible. The app is not letting me complete a quiz. I answer the first question and it freezes. When I minimize the screen and then bring it back up, the screen flips back to the start page. I'm using this for Go365. It needs to work. I'm losing points.
