Before I used it in apple 5s. At first it synced but when I visited stay active tab it just crashed. Then I updated the app and after that it crashed altogether and never synced. Now I am using Android phone. It doesn't sync properly. There is a difference in step count. My Google fit had actual count steps and healthjinn always shows less number of steps and updates very poorly. Also when I changed to Android all steps in apple phone from date I updated the app we're lost. Only the ones before I updated were recovered.

There are bunch of issues with the app... - Login doesn't work. I used this app in the past, now when I reinstalled it, it gave login errors. - I tried using OTP login, which was successful after two attempts. It seemed OTP takes almost forever to come. You need to really be patient. - Overall the app is damn slow. Each page takes mins to load and sometimes gives errors

I have used this app to submit my reimbursement claim and have send the pictures of my documents. Though, the picture was very clear in my device but i got a message that, the picture was not readable. So i resend those repeatedly but the reply was same .At last i send those document in PDF format .The reply was " unable to open the PDF "again . Lockdown was going on postal service closed.And the results were they cancelled my claim.So how can I communicate with you and trust this app.

Like most Indian apps, goes from bad to worse with each update. Latest version has removed most of the info about progress in reaching quarterly goals. Even after all these years, only Google Fit and Fitbit have been enabled to connect to the app. Absolute waste of space on the phone

Pathetic app it would not let me login. When tryiing to login with registered phone number/email it says you need to register. If you try to register it would say you are already a registered member but in both the cases you can't get thru login. Tried reaching out to customer care for over 2 months now but they know just one statement. There is a issue with the app it is being worked on. No point of paying high annual premium if the company can't even fix a simple app. I am not going to renew.

It's an OK app with very bad StayActive interface. The app shows all details of your policy and have other important features that one can access with regards to one's health insurance. However, disappointing section of the app is the stayActive which does not sync well on aggregate step calculation even when properly synced with Google Fit and Fitbit. The app tries to keep aggregate steps count below 5000 so that the discount offered is zero. Disappointed with StayActive section of the app.

This one star is also waste to give to this app. If it's not working properly what's the issue of developing it. Simply waste of time. It never open. Always "something went wrong'" message appears. Don't know what the problem. Have been trying for past 3 days to upload claim documents.. but not succeeded yet. HDFC.. plz protect your brand name. we still rely you.

Bad experience. Can't even update the app. Also now the health insurance I took was with canara bank. Now it's hdfc ergo. No ways to contact them as how to update the policy. Computerised voice takes the call and is useless as they ask you to contact via registered number only. For person staying abroad can't do it. Have mailed them buy no response. Very bad experience.

This is perhaps the worst app I encountered. Initially it refused to log me in. Managed to get through after four attempts. It worked fine for a few days, could even sync my Google Fit data with it. Then the app suddenly stopped. Now, I get a message, my policy is inactive or my policy has lapsed so can't log in to the app. To be sure, I have checked on the website, it shows my health insurance policy is valid till 2022. Yet the app tells me its lapsed. Pathetic app. Not even worth one star.

No way to contact customer care, all email ids, phone no are incorrect. Email delivery failed mentioning that, mentioned email address is not accepting new email, contact details mentioned in their app also comes with same response... No idea where to contact to resolve the problems... App does not work and even does not allow for login.

Worst app I have ever used. App is very slow. As well as I could not add profile pic, displaying message " user code missing". Insurance purchase, upgrade policy etc are missing. It is also mentioned that I have updated my contact no, nominee details several times but nothing updated.

Non-responsive app and customer care. Not able to add more than one policy. Also, not able to raise any queries. When i called the helpline number, they asked me to email my cincern. Upon mailing customer care about issue, i am redirected to this app by the service agent. Edit: Even after again emailing them ss suggested by them as a response to this feedback, they seem to give standard reply. Not referring apollo to anyone.

Lousy app, does not give data accurately. For e.g. I walked 3.5 kms today morning and it shows less than 1500 steps. This is not the 1st time steps are counted inaccurately but a daily feature. Other apps are showing more than 4000 steps and I have 2 such apps apart from Google fit and health jinn, both apps are showing nearly same data +- 10 steps

Worst app. Every time tried to open app, it display error "we are facing technical issue. Please try after some time". Display this error from last 3 months? Pathetic service from hdfc ergo health insurance. After renewing insurance, still unable to see policy documents because of this type of wrost service.

1 star as I can't give negative or zero review. You try to get information infinite number of times and it always says that we are facing technical difficulties right now. Try after sometime. It's not happening on one day only...day after day and same issues...if we can't gather the necessary information. What is the use of app. It's because one can use in his convenience and peace of mind but it's stealing your peace of mind completely.

Pathetic and worst app I've seen in my whole life. Would have given a negative rating, but the lowest Google allows is 1 star and hence going with it. For about a month, trying to open the app. Everytime it says - "We're facing some technical challenges. Please try again later". Seriously? Technical challenges for a month? Looks like the app has been shut down in the backend but to save their face, the company is still marketing it and has not pulled down from the playstore.

App doesnt have the most important option, renewal. Have contacted through email they said to call on toll free, when called on toll free they said to go on chat option but there is no option through this app to renew the policy without contacting or visiting branch. Even I am employed with insurance company and most importance given are claim & renewal. You have collaborated with HDFC ERGO but you may loose customer in coming future if basics are not in place

Extremely pathetic experience. This app wont let you login and it keeps showing you a message " something went wrong". The interface of the app itself looks a decade old. I regret why i just renewed my policy. Beyond horrible experience.

The app is not allowing to "Renew". On click to "Renew" button it is leading to broken page. Neither I am able to write a complaint using Contact Us section in the page, it took says "something went wrong". Is the entire app is not functioning well.

Okay, I don't know how to start my DISAPPOINTMENT. Lucky for me, the app opens and I am logged in but beyond that it's a mere facade. The features promised are just smokescreen by HDFC Ergo, haven't been to exercise any of the features till date. Now, the app doesn't even respond, I don't understand if it's a development error or company's carelessness.

It is so hard to reach their customer support service. I want someone to get in touch with so that my issues can be resolved but i have a hard time connecting to them. I have tried calling them but their service helpline number is not reachable. They just get in touch with you on the date of policy renewal. Poorest service!

Very bad. First things first. When asked to key in your policy # & DOB, your troubles with HDFCERGO start. To put your DOB, a calender drops down with the current month & year. If you are old, the number of times you have to press back arrow, just imagine the number of times you have to press your finger. The App developer must have a IQ of less than 20. A simple & user friendly DOB entry is possible like millions of App. Then you give your Policy details, it says the insurer does not know you.

Erratic transfer of steps from fitbit. Very disappointed. Agent advised many times about this anomaly. No action taken. 13nov2020 Healthjinn app was working well until 12nov, suddenly from the next day onwards the app has stopped working. Tried relogins with email and mobile nos with no success. Tried with forgot passworx with no success. Tried registering as if doing so for the first time with no success. Very disappointed.

Doesnt give a feel that you are protected at all. multiple issues: 1.not very smooth login, password policies are different than web portal. I had to change password. 2. I cannot see my all policies with my login, when I tried to add it says DOB should match. How My parents and myself can share DOB? pthetic experience!! _---------- I wrote on mentioned email but no resolution..

Very difficult to figure out how to login other members in the floater policy. Does not sync data well with Google fit. You have to login and logout or restart the phone. On 13th November 2020, it started showing account 'inactive can not login' and no resolution by call centre or through email.
