Right out of the chute, the designers prove they don't know what their doing. In putting your date of birth is required, but there's no convenient way to enter the date. You cannot simply enter it. It has to be selected from a calendar, and you have to scroll back however many months of years to get to your date of birth. In my case, that might take quite a while, and it's not worth my time. I will delete this app.
When it worked it was great! Now I have to open, close, force stop, delete cache, reopen; if I want Rx History to open. Then, if I select more than 4 rx's, it just spins "loading" but never submits the refill request.
Works great! The only thing I didn't like was having to scroll through 48 years just to set my birthdate when I set it up. Whoever thought that was a good idea clearly was misinformed. I just wish it would tell me when my refills are ready to be picked up.
Tried to register. There is no adequate way to enter date of birth. I will not waste my time scrolling through calendars. Contacting "customer support" was really a waste of time
App not working Help! Been using this app for years, open 24/7, very convenient way to get meds ordered app has not been working please fix. I love this app.
Downloaded app and when try to open it flashes on screen then disappears
They want my birthdate but they only let me scroll one month at a time. It's 836 months back to my birthdate!
Entering your birthday requires you to scroll back a calendar to the year you were born.you cannot enter a date, so for people over 40, you have to scroll back 480 (12 most x 40) times at minimum.
Pretty useless app. Won't let me sync my prescription history or refill.
Online app does not find my local store that has been there over 30 years
Yes it works well with Android and Covid tests app.
I like it because we can put medicine thourgh after hours . it is helpful..
Very easy to reorder my prescriptions.
Not user friendly at all
does not work on galaxy s10
Does not do what it says.
Doesn't offer confirmation after you submit a refill. I like that it keeps the history of your prescriptions.
I appreciate the intent of this app, but it really has a dated, clunky interface. I wish that it had an easy shortcut to just automatically refill the same prescriptions monthly, instead of either manually entering the numbers or checking the boxesnin history, and scrolling down, down, down, to the end. A confirmation that the info has been sent (I sometimes see one, sometimes don't) that was reliable would be good. It tries, but it needs work.
