- Provides users with a mobile ID card, and ability to view a list of members to select a family member’s card.

- Search for providers and urgent care facilities within the Health Net Network by current location, address or zip code. Access maps and directions for a selected provider and save a provider as a Favorite for later reference.
Bill Pay
- Individual and Family Plan members can now make payments in the application.

- Instant access to Health Net with a handy directory of contact numbers.

Downloaded and attempted to open. Reported that the app was written for an older OS. No newer version found. Reviews suggest this app stinks if you can get it open. No thanks.
You need to update this app I have a Galaxy S9 and it won't let me open it cuz it needs to be updated it won't allow very very old apps on my phone
I've never been able to get this app to work. It will never let me login so it's pretty much a pointless app.
Can't log in using the same credentials as the health net website. Extra big fail. Keep trying devs.

I know you are trying to keep us safe by asking us to fill in the security questions when we sign up for an account but seriously, our answers must be more than 8 characters? What if my answers are less than 8 char? So you want us to make up the security answers?

You sabotaged this website and service on purpose, you evil scum. You know who you are. This service is imtentionally made bad, and access to the login servers is intermittently cut. Good thing we live in the State that invented modern telecommunications. If this is how California insurance is I shudder to imagine how miserable it must be to use the Texas equivalent of this app, website, and provider.
App doesn't open with first try and several additional attempts. Helathnet needs to improve their customer service portals as they have us in a stranglehold, with no alternative short of waiting on the phone for hours. Website hardly ever loads, too.
App doesn't work. It won't let me log in and I just logged in to the webpage to make sure I was using my correct information. I was hoping they improved their app since they recently improved their website. I'm uninstalling it. Unusable as it is.
It would be nice to get past the literal first page of the app where you choose permissions for it to access. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with the same unfortunate end before even beginning.
