HEALTHConnect (HC)
After you create your online HEALTHConnect account, simply sign into the mobile app with your username and password. You can also set up Fingerprint to avoid typing your username and password again. Once logged in, you can connect with your care team using the following methods:
• Securely message your provider
• Review lab results
• Request prescription renewals
• Access medical information including your allergies, immunizations, medications, most recent vital signs, and more

The app worked great for me before they redid it. Now some days it lets me login other days it just keeps saying an error has occurred. Currently its sending me notifications but now EVERY time i login it says an error has occured. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and it only solves the problem for a day, and then it does the same thing all over again. I cant view any of my childs records or notes now! They should have never changed the app!
I can't seem to get logged in I put the correct username and password in n it attempts to let me in but then it goes right back to the sign in page I know the info is correct cuz I have saved it to my phone. Bit when I uninstall the app it will open one time with the username n password
could not leave well enough alone and the new version is %^$#@ Update: I didn't think that it was possible for the app to be made worse, however I was wrong. The chat feature makes my android phone turn off if I try to send a message. I am thinking it is designed to do this because the staff doesn't answer emails in a day, why would anyone answer you in an instant message? Making more and more sense by the minute, the cerner health staff can't even respond with a "yes" or a "no" in 8 hours
This app was great BEFORE you made changes. Now it doesn't work right and is pretty much useless. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no change. Kids doctor said they've heard lots of complaints so I keep hoping they'll fix it!!!
Opened briefly when I first installed, but won't open at all after an update. The only reason I keep it is it notifies is when I have messages, which I then need to use the web portal to open. total failure of an app.
app won't let you login with correct password. Its slow. having trouble downloading physician summary. tech support unreliable. don't believe its all that secure. can see when you login but when incorrect information is put in time after time. Not able to see responsible party. so bad may consider stop sharing my records with anybody
I would give no stars if I could. Because I was previously signed in on this app when previously used by my provider I have not need able to get signed in with my new provider and with my new name. I have attempted help from IT help desk and the chat is never available and calling on the pigging had resulted in a wait time of over an hour and I finally give up. This had been going on since July with no resolution or successfully speaking with an "associate". This app stolen hours of my time
What's the point of using the fingerprint sensor if you're going to make me log in every time anyway. Pressing a phone number for a doctor's office crashes the app.
not a very intuitive or user-friendly program. it should be less convoluted with more large icons for messaging or other frequently used options.
I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to sign in. I am so tired of the university and all that it ruins about life. I just want to see if my covid test was positive ffs
Love this app. I can access my health info and stay in touch with my doctor through messaging in the app. I can also schedule appointments with the app. There's a lot of accessible information at my fingertips.
I have had this app for quite a while now. I upgraded my phone and now it refuses to let me use my fingerprint to login. The settings are correct. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.
It doesnt remember my username or password and it doesnt recognize the fingerprint sign in method at all. Its faster to go to the site through my phone browser.
I LOVE this app! I use this all the time to communicate with everyone. I cant imagine my life without it!!!! Kudos to whoever put this in place. Great job TEAM💕
Unable to login with the app, but able to login through the health connect website using the same username and password.
Like how much information is easily found in one app instead of multiple along with what information is found in the app.
Can't use it anymore, won't let me sign in. I deleted it, and it won't let me reinstall it.
It will not let me open any of my test or reports keep giving me the error 500. Can't report it because it also says a error.
I try to open the message but the app keeps saying "waiting for download" no matter how long you wait!!
I wish it would save the last doctor that you emailed so it would be easier to find your doctor or rather than searching through the hundreds of dark but they have
never had a problem. gives me all my information and easy to talk with doctors
My private report was enlightening. I now have a way of seeing what the physicians totally think and know about me. I like this connection we now have. This is a way of communicating back and forth. Thank you...
App is not working .. I log in but it says access unavailable....
I was sent my lab results. I tried to download and or print but was unable to do so. There should be some way to do this.
Easy to communicate with my doctor and keep track of appointments and medical records
I like being able to keep up with my appointments & my results.
If the page is unavailable, then the app doesn't work.

This app used to work just fine, but a few months ago something changed and I cannot login at all. After entering in username and password the app shows loading for less than a minute then refreshes to the login screen. The HealthConnect portal site itself is a wonderful resource and I hope the app is fixed at some point. In the meantime, skip this download and just use your phone/tablet browser to login directly to the site, that method works just fine.
