It's nice to get messages from your providers and be able to check appointments, but it's REALLY inconvenient to have to Uninstaller it and reinstall it EVERY time because it freezes up on the homescreen.
So I'm not happy that the app has changed and now is asking to get into my files my microphone my phone and other places that no app should be at. I can't use this app now I can't contact my doctors now unless I call them on the phone all because they changed and they want to get into your information. This is unacceptable to me no app should be into your phone that much.
This app is not user friendly, broken links, and makes communication with my health team problematic at best. The only reason I gave it 1 star is the rating system doesn't let you give less.
No longer allows login. Doesn't say info entered is incorrect, just goes back to login screen right after entering everything.
I registered. My lab work was up. Then it was not and was told I can't register. False. If I could give a zero, I would. Also read a review that I had supposedly written. I DID NOT. If not so sick, I would pursue that.
The new update is TERRIBLE! If I could give it ZERO stars, I would! It's nearly impossible to navigate, I can't find any of my history, test results, or visit summaries, and the color scheme is horrible! I used to love this app, and I monitored my health stats frequently. If these bugs aren't fixed soon, or if you don't revert back to pre-update state, I'm uninstalling! Very disappointed and a firm believer in, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" ☹
I started using this app when I joined YRMC. Compared to the Kaiser Permanente app, it's horribly convoluted & difficult to navigate. Having tabs is fine; you just need more of them. Perhaps using sliding tabs. Messaging should have an option to switch folders (ie, from Inbox to Sent Items), without having to go through multiple levels (menu>secure messaging>sent items). Just turn the Inbox page title into a drop-down, with selections (Sent Items, etc). At least you don't allow ads in the app!
No longer working. I need to write my Dr but not able to. Keeps saying I have wrong email and password please help this is important
It keeps saying system error. I loved this app. Now I have to keep uninstalling and redownloading it just so it will work. Edit: 8/4/20 The last 3 weeks it barely works. I've been having to use my browser instead. This app had really came in handy. However recently I've just been using my browser. It's a waste of time.
Our healtchare provider used to use FollowMyHealth. From a user standpoint, HealtheLife is inferior. It keeps losing the ability for me to sign in with my fingerprint. A lot of the menus are poorly constructed. There is a lot more reliance on you as a user to type and search to find your particular provider, for instance. There is also not an easy way to request a refill through the app. This is such a disappointing downgrade.
The app has bugs. It will act like it is loading, but never does
Parkview network has an excellent patient portal available. I'd recommend someone look into how they provide actual information that is useful and available to their patients. I need access to my records but can't even get the dates I was in your care to validate or it shows a test was done but no results are available? I'm not sure what the point is if you show nothing someone needs to access. This app is pretty much useless. Sorry but just wow. Go to Parkview if you have a choice. Just wow....
This app was great before the new update. Now every time I try to log into it will repeatedly tell me wrong password or email but will let me change my password then when I try to log back in with new password it still won't let me. I've found that if you uninstall the app when it won't let you in and then re-install it, it will let you log in. It's just annoying to have to do that every time you want to log in.
Won't let you login. I've had to Uninstall it everytime I needed to get on. If you logoff it won't let you back in. Keeps going back to the login screen. Absolutely worst app!! It's good when you can get on, that's the only reason I gave it 2 stars.
App used to work perfectly but recently I can't even log in, I get an error when I choose cook county health. I refresh and wait and nothing works. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won't work.
A necessary evil for accessing my records, but user interface is primitive, clunky. Too many "unexpected errors." Totally sub-optimal given the sophistication and power of other similar apps. Cerner should be able to do better.
This app, like most things from Cerner, needs a lot of reworking. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app numerous times and it still doesn't recognize my login credentials beyond the first login, even when using biometrics. I have to open up a browser to see my info. Complete garbage.
I'm trying to obtain my medical records from Monhealth. It keeps taking me to this app. It does not say anything about mon health. Why does it keep bringing me here.
Will not let me log in. Horrible app . Needs to be fixed!!!!
Love this app! Easy to navigate to see your labs,and when you don't have 15 minutes to be on hold you can easily set up future appointments. If I have any questions/concerns I can simply message doctor and you're notified when a response comes in. It's like having your chart and your clinic right at your fingertips
This app is not user friendly. When trying to reschedule an appointment you shouldn't have to "select recipient" the app should direct it to the right place when you click "reschedule appoint." And you should be able to cancel your appointment at any time. You shouldn't have to jump through hoops. I literally hate this app. UI is 0 out of 5 stars. I only use it for the medicine list, since nothing else works.
Terrible app. I'm told to download this app to receive messages from my Doctor. Absolutly does not work! Says not connected, error or i must have the code or link from my Doctors email notification. I've done everything possible and still can't get into it. Called the help line and got put on hold automatically and just couldn't spend anymore time waiting and trying over and over. I've now been trying to get into it for over 3 hours straight. Zero stars from me for real....
It's not the best user friendly app, it's indirect and they don't seem to show you everything all on the menu screen. It feels like I need to go into the menu screen click on something then click on another thing to maybe find what I was originally looking for
Not loading properly not sending messages per request so much harder now to find information not a very good layout since the last update. It was so much easier to find information before the update and now important information that was there before is now missing I've looked in every option available to find said information
