Relatively easy to use and a feature I've found particularly helpful is the automatic ability to add appointments to your calendar app. That alone makes life easier.
Really impressed with this app! I've used it only once so far to make a doctors appointment & wow! Found it so much easier & quicker than ringing. What I really love about it is that it shows up when your doctor is available & make the appointment that suits you. Which is fantastic! Highly recommened :)
Horrible app. The appointments show up as confirmed, but when I call up the clinic, they say that someone else has booked the same slot. Apparently this has been happening for a lot of patients and my clinic had confirmed that they are going to phase this app out from their booking system.
A very handy app. Especially if you realise that you need an appointment, and it's outside of business hours. Very easy to sync with your calendar on your device, thus giving you the option of extra reminders. Sometimes if you subsequently cancel an appointment via Health Engine, it may not cancel at the surgery. But, all in all, a useful app.
Easy to use, clear guidance on how to contact and book appointments. Much easier than waiting 'on hold' on the phone !!
This is an excellent app, it really takes the hassles away and makes it very easy and straight forward to book appointments and keep up to date with booked appointments.

Takes you round and round in circles before finally telling you that you are unable to book. Constant loading as well. Terrible experience.
Health engine no longer works at doing what it's supposed to do which is conveniently making it easy to make a booking online. For some little while now, I've had to ring my doctor's surgery because the app tells me that it no longer has published appointments for my doctor. Well, that makes this app absolutely USELESS. I'm uninstalling, and doing my bookings the old fashioned way from now on.
This is the third app used by local clinics. My doctor didn't like it, and is no longer a member, but I found it quite adequate. CORRECTION: I have not used this app before. It has taken over an earlier post of mine! Crafty? But I need it now, App No. 5.
Need to improve the touch service. I made an appointment for Metal Health. And hadn't show up!
Love how convenient this app is as apposed to calling or walking in to make an appointment. Sort an appointment out at the reach of your finger tips! No issues on my end over the 1year I've used this app.

Booked( yesterday) Better Health Clinic in Hampton park for today at 10.15 am through app without aby problems, however Just got a call that doctor which i booked working from home and they are not able to see me...what is the point of having all this without updated informations... useless
Unbelievable to witness a user friendly, beautifully designed, easy to use App has failed miserably. I loved this App for the appointments and used it at least 3 to 4 times in a week, because of multiple disabilities , but since last 5 or 6 months this App has become a totally trash. Even. Sadly, Im witnessing such a beautifully designed App has failed miserably.
I work in a medical centre we get booked out 1 week in advance this is good for patients that are not able to get appointments. I gladly refer them to the app
Used to love this app but now it's useless as you can't book the doctor you want anymore. You could select which practitioner you want to see now you can't. May as well phone up now
Easy and efficient way to book an appointment with my doctor. Should have a bit more detail regarding timesthe surgery is open and if the doctors are not attending the surgery.

Amazing, easy to navigate app. Makes finding a go available extremely easy! More Drs and other health providers need to get on board, save their staff time and patients having to sit on lengthy holds.
Super convenient and i don't need to worry about getting my practitioner sick because it's online.
What really annoys me about it is that it never remembers who my doctor is. When I do a search for him in my area, it can't find him??? I don't find it easy to navigate.
UPDATE ON REVIEW: Jan '22 Booked booster shot online and After a bumpy March '21update caused appointment fail for my doc booking, I reported the problem and developer was attentive and gave advice. I will need to await my next booking before I can report it as fixed. Hope. Updated & failed.. what a shame the March '21 update caused the booking appointment service to become inactive. Texts with codes keep rolling in but setting an appointment time cannot be achieved. It used to work really well.
IT'S a very good application. It allows you to plan ahead because available appointment times are shown well in advance for the Docter of your choice. I always use it now rather than ringing to make an appointment at my Doctor's practice. My one criticism is it can be confusing finding your Doctor hence the four stars. Overall... l recommend this application I've never looked back having installed it & neither will you if you try it.
