The Healthgrades app makes managing your family’s healthcare quick, simple and convenient. Find doctors, book appointments, and even organize all of your family’s providers in one easy-to-reach place.
* Find Quality Doctors and Dentists
Start your search with the type of doctor you need and your location, or look up a specific doctor’s name. From there, you can filter results by factors including insurance carriers accepted, gender, patient reviews, and how far you’re willing to travel. Each profile includes important details about a doctor’s experience, education, care philosophy, board certifications, and awards--all of which help you make confident decisions about your care and select the best doctor for you.
* Easily Book and Prepare for Appointments
You can filter your search results to view doctors who accept online appointment scheduling, or tap to call right from a doctor’s profile. Before you head out the door for your appointment, click “Get Directions” on your doctor’s profile in the app to launch navigation from your phone. For quicker check-in at your doctor’s office, store a copy of your insurance card in the app to have it readily at hand.
* Build Your Family’s Medical Care Teams
Once you’ve found the right doctors--or want to keep track of the doctors you already have--you can build individual Care Teams for each member of your family. From your account, you can add a family member profile, including your spouse, children or parents for whom you manage care. No more tracking down doctor information from various places on your desktop--now you can find everything you need, for every family member, all in one easy family healthcare management tool.
* Read Patient Reviews and Rate Your Own Doctors
See what previous patients have said about their experiences with doctors to help decide which one is right for you. Star ratings reflect how likely patients are to recommend a doctor to a friend or family member. You can also see how patients rated office environment, staff friendliness, and wait times. After your appointment, open the app to rate and review your own doctor to help future patients like you make informed choices about their care.

Touch the Search field and it freezes on a blank white screen. Obviously not being maintained or supported as this problem was reported over a year ago. Note date of last update!
The screen loads with the with screen of death most of the time. The few times that it does load, it will freeze with the white screen of death when you try to enter anything into the Search field. This has been going on for so long that it is obviously not being supported. Don't waste your time.
Infuriating! Long time user on my PC. Now doesn't recognize my password. Reset password. Says I'm logged in, then whatever I do next, it asks me to re- log in and doesn't recognize new password. Phone app works but won't let me reset password within app. I'll find another app!
The app simply does not work on Android. After downloading the app, I tapped the search field. It defaulted to the White Screen of Death immediately. Why don't you fix this? Multiple reviews have reported it. If I could give it Zero Stars, I would. Uninstalling.
All roads lead to the white screen of death, apparently. It's too bad, because their website has been very helpful several times when I was looking for a doctor.
Another unhappy Android user. I've used this app many times over the years but it now doesn't work on my android platform. Can this be fixed or another app created for android users? Pretty please?
All my password attempts were rejected during my unsuccessful attempt to register. It would be helpful if the app would give an example of the required format. At this point I have lost interest in this app.
Broken and buggy beyond repair. Just a white screen when selecting anything.
It's beneficial to look at other patients' reviews before choosing a Doctor. I also write reviews on my Doctors ...good and bad...to help other patients find a Doctor that fits their needs. In some cases, Doctors' Offices have made changes in response to Patients' complaints.
Non intuitive interface. App requires personal information and control of settings. Couldn't find the review I submitted or the dr. or any drs in my area.
Glad that they have been updating Android app! Used to be unusable. Now can save doctors, almost as functional as website. 5 stars when add insurance filter like on website. Thank you
it does okay except the doctors location is not accurate and the only thing I do not like about this is it everytime you go look for a new doctor you have to sign in all over again or enter your 4-Digit pin that is so ridiculous
Easy to use tool to aid in finding primary care docs. Like the ability to create and save my care team!
This app is absolutely terrible. 90% of the app freezes on a white screen. Will only use website.
I used to be able to use this app, and it was great but for some reason I have not been able to log it. All it shows is a blank whote screen. I guess I'll search elsewhere.
Every time I try to login on the app, its like the app is trying to set up a new account but I already have one. This is very inconvenient.

Granted, the app does bugout to a white screen if you select almost anything except one. The grayed out family med button. That one will put you in and from there you get almost anything. Takes multiple steps to learn navigation. It did recognize my location and at least was related to my general area.
