My first time using it already encountered technical problems! After feedback, I welcome by three officers and all requested similarly informations even after providing them! And, yet after a few days, the problem still unresolve! Very disappointed! After 2 1/2 years on, the apps became more useless and wasting time, particularly pertaining to making appointments online where you could not or impossible to make an appointment at all! So, go back to square one, either you call or make a trip!
Super non active app. Able to download and completed the profile. That's about all. When click on any of the tab, nothing will happen. It's as if the page is static and will not go anywhere when click or touch on the page. For heaven's sake please have the courtesy to fine tune the app if it's intended for public use.
The fact that we have to rely on this app to book appointment now. The only way to book appointment is if you have covid symptoms. If you don't half the time the appointment slot doesn't exist. Then what do we do? Especially when it only allow same day booking or at least 10pm the day before. Oh government if you can't build a good app . Don't use it as a regular thing. What other ways am I suppose to book appointment? Calling? It's not 8am and by then would there even be morning slot
Cannot view paid bills at all (Payments > History tab is totally blank with no records). What's the point of having a History tab if nothing is updated inside??? Hence, unable to download invoice after payment for medical claims purpose. System only allows download before making payment. Really frustrating as I am still waiting for One FSS to send me the PDF bills (softcopy). Not even requesting for the hardcopy bills to be mailed to my residence. Please consider improving the Payments feature.
while it does have its perks it also has its downside. initiatives launched doesn't really make sense. example: q ticket via health hub still need customer to register at the hospital itself. defeats the purpose of registering and obtaining q ticket via app to reduce the q. might as well you abolish the entire idea of having q tickets in the app. also, historical records doesn't pull up to a certain year. if it's a govt app I believe it should be able to pull records throughout the IC's history
Cannot reschedule appointments even though slots available. Even after updating app, still have to wait every long on the hotline to get appointment changed. Seriously pls get it fixed. If not no point asking ur helplines to do everything via health Hub when it's useless.
Always fully booked on same day. Useful app if you know in advance when you will be falling sick.
For the Make New Appointment function. The date that are shown are not for the same day Example date is 19th April so the Make new Appointment function should show possible Appointment timings for 19th April and the new few days. But when I opened the app on the 19th April the current app shows 31st May and 1st Jun. I hope this will be rectified soon.
It's been over 2 weeks and some functions still don't work... Instead of using this app, calling and emailing, I just have to go down to the hospital to get my bills settled. Incredible waste of time all because functions are not improved
useless app. With good wifi and 4G still cannot load. Waste tax payers money with this stupid push for technology. Upgrade so much still cannot load a simple page. Waste time waiting to load when a simple transaction can be done elsewhere. So much for convenience.
Lousy app. Everytime ask me to register using the app but i still need to re register at the hospital counter and my q is right at the back. Then why the sms always ask us to register via this app. It is totally not working !!!! Please do not use this app for all your appointment registration. Happened to me both times.
1)Cannot reschedule appointments even when slots are available. Dumb! 2)Cannot make payment cos cannot select payment method. Some dumb instruction about pop up blockers. Why other govt payment apps so seamless to do payment but this app so leh cheh?! Created by 3 year old still learning programming or what??! 3)Medical records. What's the big idea with partially uploading blood test results, while other results are omitted?? How to get full health picture?? Frustrating substandard app
The app keeps hanging whenever it needs to toggle to a Singpass Login. Also, it has a unfriendly booking system: 1) no suggested dates for dental (you have to manually check every date) 2) if you press the back arrow at the top of the screen when you cannot find a slot, it exits you from the booking page instead of letting you select a different polyclinic 3) no confirmation of bookings in the app. You have to rely on SMS updates. 4) unable to chat with a live agent for support. slow loading.
Definitely a work in progress; interface is clunky as of July 2021. No clear options regarding navigation within the app. When making appointments, you are unable to check when the next available date is. Thus you end up having to select later and later dates at random or bypassing the need for this app entirely by making a request for an appointment. This is the same for the website; in fact the interface is almost identical.
EDIT: My last issue is resolved, but there's another issue. When I press 'Make Appointment' and I tap on the desired profile with the IC number, nothing happens - it's like tapping onto a blank area. It's not phone lag since the bottom navigation works, only the tapping of desired IC number for appointment doesn't yield any response. What good is a feature if it doesn't work? Horrible waiting time for it load to check for appointments. And don't even bother to try and book an appointment through the app, complicated and most probably takes longer than calling to secure an appointment. If can give zero stars I would.
This is one of the worst apps known to man. I only downloaded it to check my swab status. It crashes immediately after the phone is started, on both my phones, and I get warnings that it is using a lot of background batttery. It frequently fails to retrieve Singpass or other info. The UI and UX are terrible with squashed images and inconsistent look and feel across fonts. Please for the love of God get GovTech to rebuild this. Thanks.
Stupid app to even start with! Never ever had any appointment date available! What's the point of creating this app when it cannot even make any appointment?? It only creating frustration!! Call the clinic line also no body answering the whole day then for what providing contact number for? USELESS APP CREATED BY USELESS PEOPLE!!
Re-installed the app, but it still failed to work, and all records of my upcoming appointments and health status gone. What happened, actually? Its frustrating.
Unable to change appointments in app, always get NG017 error. Very troublesome to write in and wait for someone to call to confirm appointment change. Please fix this issue.
Payment for singhealth or maybe others made so difficult that need to use card to pay instead of paynow . That make a u turn to the epayment tech and cause patient difficulty to pay and its was not mention while payment time mentioned during cashier
After the latest update, I was unable to change my appointment date. In addition, I realised that one of my appointment date was wrongly reflected. Even when I write in to inform them of the error, the issue was not rectified. The apps become not reliable at all. Currently, I can only change my appointment by calling Polyclinic hotline. Should stick to the old version.
A buggy app esp when it needs to interface with Singpass. Constantly starting and restarting to the point that the Android OS selects the app for shutdown. If we are to rely on this app for critical health information, some work needs to be done to both simplify the interface or/and have sub modules not mounted until needed. Not all the modules are relevant to everyone. Much more work to be done on UX and system integration.
I tried to make an appointment but couldn't do so. I tried to click on the I/C button but it doesn't work and when I eventually somehow made it through after pressing it a few times, the "Make an Appointment" button then doesn't work. I've read previous response to a review to clear the data/cache but that still didn't work for me. I had to resort to making the appointment on the website instead. Hopefully this gets fixed as the rest of the app seems to work fine. Thank you.
Unbelievable. This MoH app is broken. I downloaded it and logged in for the first time with my SingPass, and went to look at my Covid-19 records. I touched the button and up popped the SingPass login page. I logged with SingPass again and tried to access my records, and the same thing happened. It happened each time. It was the same with the other buttons, back to the SingPass login page on each occasion. A complete waste of time.
