Useless app.. they are spending tons of money in marketing but app is not functional. Just installed the app, on every step, be it add to cart or details about product getting "something went wrong".. Tap anywhere just getting something went wrong.
Perfect execution. Sales people are very prompt and they will provide heavy discounts through coupons. The collection ppl will come before time and call us before coming. I randomly enquired on Google and booked a test for my mother from this app but the ease of booking procedure & offers on health packages made me book other appointments as well. The call centre professional was also helpful to explain the packages. Sample pick up was also very convenient and the professional who came to pick up samples was also humble. He told us other offers as well to book for next time. Really hassle free and convenient app to book any sort of lab tests.
I booked a package for 1999 and applied a coupon for 40% which showed up in the final confirmation page. I opted for cash and when I checked the booking it was still showing 1999. So be very careful with this app. After booking double check the booking amount
I got to know about this co when i was in Mumbai and have taken their services ever since in Bangalore too. The best things about them are they come and collect samples at the door step, are trust worthy and the way they present the report - it's mind-blowing. It comes as a score out of 100 and gives me a goal to get better and better. The reports are colourful, illustrated and gives a good visual look about it. Extremely Grateful to the services rendered so far.
This is not only a software Application but a complete functional package. It is too good to believe that such services exist in India. I came to know about Healthians from one of my friends. The sample collector folks are experienced enough to take the sample without any hassle. I liked the doctor consultation feature the most even that without paying extra for it. One thing I would like to suggestion you guys kindly mentioned the NABL accredited on generated report file. Because, most of the time when we showed the reports to any doctors, they start saying that do not do any blood checks with these online app as they don't trust yours reports most of the time and they asked us to do blood sample again at their own labs.

The booking process is simple on the app. Sample collection happened on time. The person was courteous. Got reports the same day. Spoke to health advisor next day, and she explained the reports and next steps to take in great details. Pleasant experience overall!
I have been using this from past 6 months for all my family members. These guys are awesome. The packages they offer with such competitive prices. Never found in any other application.. What I really liked is your report gets updated real-time on the link they provide. Instead of waiting for the complete report till next day. It gets updated whenever it's done in the backend..
Tried to take their service after reading the reviews, but now after experiencing their service, feel all are paid reviews. I booked the service, sample collection was due at 11 am to 12 pm. No one turned up till 10 in night, even after posting Messages on their app. Trust me don't go for them, you will waste your time and if you want some urgent test for some critical illness then your precious time is wasted. Finally canceled the service and will Uninstall the app now. 0 stars 🌟
Very good service, sample collection going with hygiene condition. Impressed by the detailed reports with accurate results. Smart report feature is good and it compare with the previous reports. One con is the results will come little bit late compare to other service providers.

You do not need to go for doctor . all services can be provided at your home , they provide service to collect blood sample and other sample for testing. You can download the report and take printout of it. you can take time and date for free consultations. They provide Free consultation and suggestions by their authorized doctors. if you follow the doctors guide and prescription , you can get other type of services from their web site. you can get All messages and call related to your test in your mobile. Very bad experience.They took the booking for sample collection, took money but after that no one showed up for sample collection. Even I got no message after that. I cancel the booking but didn't get the refund. wasted my time for booking, contacting with customer care. I have booked the test for my father. He also suffered a lot as he have to be in fasting for 10-12 hours. Not recommend at all.I request everyone not to book any test from this app..so that, you don't have to suffer as I suffer.
The whole process of getting appointment and sample collection was smooth. The report was also well generated with insights on all the tests performed. Only con is the prices for different tests vary and I think it is decided by the sales representative in each city. But, would recommend the service of Healthians. Also, it is cheaper than tests at conventional pathology labs.
After filling the Karma section, when I click on get your score, it shows an error. This is happening on both app and website. App is updated. Error detail is problem contacting server

The guy who collect the sample was very nice and polite. The process of taking sample so smooth. Really nice experience.
Such a poor service. They even didn't call you to know if you are applying from cghs, you need to upload documents. Neither mentioned in app nor in email they sent you.
Worst service ever, reports were not given until I called them many times and that to half pf the reports are missing and when I click to reschedule the test it shows error worst service for me if possible please use other app dont trust healthians
Poor experience, not at all trustworthy. I was told that result will be given in 24 hrs but even after 48hrs there was no result. After i called they checked and told me that there is requirement of sample to be recollected , total negligence, incompetence on their part . I wish i could attach screenshots for common people to see and believe whatever i have told is true.
It was a smooth experience from booking to sample taking to delivery of reports Graphics reports are excellent. Follow up after the report is a special feature of Healthians, not available in any of the other similar application. I hope they continue in the same way.
