App is a joke. The tech rarely works and my experience with the mental health providers on it has been horrible. I've scheduled appointments and waited the entire hour for a call but never recieve one. I even have support schedule me to make sure it's not my error... I'm actually waiting on a call right now and it seems this isn't happening. Waste of company money for this "service".
Some sections are hard to fill out. If you don't know the exact nature of a previous injury. You cannot add knee injury you must know was it a meniscus tear or ACL not sure if there were other choices. It does not have an exhaustive list. Unable to state shellfish allergy so I chose a couple of mollusks and decided that was close enough. There is no request to fill out what your reaction is. The doctor was very kind and his recommendations were clear and easy to follow.
For the last couple weeks it won't load. States "error loading config.". Can't do a darn thing in it. Uninstalled and re-installed as well...same error.
This was infinitely more convenient and economical as compared to a walk-in for my allergic reaction to a bug bite near my eye. Fast, professional and already on my way to get a prescription. I will definitely use again.
Way easy, super fast and efficient! Makes life easy and you can just keep going and no need to go to the doctor so minor health concerns. I love health joy and the benefits that come with it.
Doesn't let you do manual searches to find in network providers or facilities. It requires the use of their AI. Wish you could just explore without it. They did schedule my annual physical for me which was cool, but I don't always been the AI/health joy team to find what I'm looking for.
Horrible! This app tells me there was an error loading configuration, uninstalled and reinstalled with same message. Absolutely worthless!
Wow...so easy cannot believe they were able to schedule my OMT Therapy. It was as simple as a click. Thank You!
I had to use the medical consultation portion of this app recently and was completely blown away. From start to finish the whole process took less than 30 minutes. I completed a form on the app and within 15 minutes I received a call back from a physician, he diagnosed me based off my symptoms and info I provided him then called in prescriptions to my pharmacy. All this was done quickly and efficiently from the comfort of my home. Definitely recommend using this app!

As someone who is prone to putting important documents "where I'll remember to look for them" and then having no idea where they are when I need them, having all my insurance documents as well as my actual coverage information in one place is GREAT. The app is super easy to navigate, the interactive concierge is helpful, and the doctor consult I had was outstanding. It was informative, quick, convenient, and very budget friendly.
Everything in one place. Tabs when opened have all my information per insurance, dental vison, etc. Super easy to use. Requesting a consultation with a provider is simple as well. I've used it twice and each time I was very pleased. Thanks HealthJoy! This app saves me from the headache and hassle of time consuming waiting rooms, allowing me to feel better much sooner. This app is very organized and easy to navigate. I get connected to the professionals I need when I need them most.
They managed to resolve a billing issue for me that I wasn't able to resolve myself. Amazing!

App is worthless. By the time it texts you a code the code has expired. And, like most companies, the address on file is my work address which is not an email account I can access from my android device so the " magic link" is far from being "magic".
App worked when u first installed it last week, there was just an update, now it says there's errors and it doesn't have access to the resources it needs.
So happy with this app. My work got it a few years ago. Makes getting referrals super easy. Support is fast and friendly.

Great benefit from employer and service. Helps avoid urgent care visits when regular PCP is not in office and you need something "now". Reduces time, cost, and missed work for in office primary care visits for a simple sinus infection, UTIs, little (big) problems like that. Super quick, easy process, docs seem genuinely caring individuals. Love Health Joy!

Well it worked great up until I had a doctor's appointment, then the app would no longer open, couldn't log in couldn't do anything. Thanks. Edit: I had to uninstall, then reinstall, then restart my phone and delete all the app data for the app, then I started working, I have had no problems since doing all of that.
Setup was easier than I had hoped and I got a real call from a real person in less than a minute to help me finish setup with a pharmacy not listed in the app. The "appointment" check in process was a breeze and I was able to take and upload a photo of the issue with a single tap. The doctor called within about 5 min and I was all done, good to go in about the same amount of time. So far I have only used the app once, but it couldn't have gone better.
I was hesitant at first to use the app thinking it was going to be another app that just takes up space on my phone, but the more I use it keeps getting better and better. We moved and I used it to find a new primary doctor. We had a baby and I thought I got double billed on a procedure so I used the bill review function and got a detailed explanation (that wasnt in "hospital code" like on the bill) that was super helpful and cleared up all confusion. Big time saver. I Highly recommend!

HealthJoy is so helpful! Insurance is tricky to understand and it makes it so much simpler. And the call a doctor is so useful as well, I don't have to figure out how to schedule an appointment and get to the doctor when I'm miserable with strep and a fever and have 3 month old twins, just am given a prescription for antibiotics. Very grateful.
I check the app for everything! It's very user friendly & makes it much easier to understand our coverage. I love having access to the concierge, as they are extremely helpful & always reply within a reasonable time frame. Telemedicine is a lifesaver & so quick & easy to use.
