The products listing, search, ui experience everything is good. But making a payment through credit cards or wallets such as Amazon pay is a nightmare. It keeps on loading and never proceed to payment using these payment methods.
Don't order from this app & company, their delivery and customer service is just pathetic. You will not receive any update from them regarding your delivery which may take 15-20 days at best. And when you finally in 50th attempt do reach out to their customer service they will say it's not our fault delivery is 3rd party and if you ask for refund they will say only once we get our product back which they haven't delivered in first place. Buy from your neighbouring store instead it's far better.
I received a dusty box with cap seal already Void! It looks like the box was thrown away, lots of scratches and dust. I will never ever buy muscleblaze. And this will be my last purchase from HK. Even the pre workout has a lot of lumps in it .Y'all can check the pictures I have sent to your support team.
This app is total fraud...... I have ordered the combo product and they only delivered me only one item of the combos nd even they don't agree to accept their fault.....nd they didn't return the product too even I didn't get my refund.......even health kart don't deserve a single star also.....they make fools to the customer even their products are expired...they delivered the expired products to the customer.....it's my opinion to you kindly do not buy any of the product from this app.....
Get some developers and do proper testing of your workflow before releasing your app. 1.The offer code is not working. 2.User are not able to add new cards/ and activate card payment method. 3.UI and UX both are irritating when things ends in cyclic loop. 4.Force the user to use app for offer as web provides no offer. Suggestion:-don't touch the old code of everything is working fine. Re-write the things if you want to update your tech stack. At last i had to order from MB website directly :)
Not user friendly... No search bar.. Only recommendations... Plus whats with the white color... Nothing is visible... Rates are not visible. Please improve app quality.

Worst app experience while ordering i never experienced such thing with any other apps out there in the market. Payment failure multiple times seems like thier payment gateway is third class.
Products are good but if you want to place a return request, this app is of no use. They have a pathetic return process where has customer has to suffer alot to return a single product and getting its replacement. Many better apps are there in the market which have the same products with better customer services. Never recommend anyone.
Dont order supplements from this app they dont deliver the product in time. My order was supposed to arrive but when i tried to contact them they said they have no idea when I'll get my supplements.. Honestly very poor service. Never gonna order anything from here.
healthkart is one of the best app i have use the quality price everything is perfect and they deliver little slow compare to Amazon.
Delivers damaged and expired product and even denies doing that. Extremely bad customer service, emailed everything about the product but still denies about it. This app don't even deserve to get 1 star. Pura Paisa mar liya company ne. Don't buy anything from here, they are there just to loot you, and nothing else.
Order won't be delivered on time. It's been 5 days after the delivery date still no info. It's been 9 day's since the refund for cancelled order has started, still no updates.
3star only for real products but no coupons can be applied if you have one still you are not able to apply it. They also don't reply to your mail.
Best app ever I have ever used for buying for suppliments. Products are genuine and real. Coupons codes are very easy to use and available every time and the plus point there is no ads .
Everytime i order and proceed to online payment it gets failed but the amount will be deducted. Then again the long process will continue of waiting 5-7days to get refund. I have many times reached to customer care but didn't got any respond.

Frauds!! The offer on the app is Buy 1 Get 1 which comes to the original price of the product.. Where as when you buy one iy becomes half and the product is always available on that half price be it on health kart or flipkart Or amazon.. So there is no OFFER as they put on the app..

The worst payment gateway ever. I lost 3.5k and they are not refunding it back. Tries reaching out to customer service and email but the issue is still not fixed.

You just have to waste your time ordering and reordering items because *their* system does not reflect weather item is delivered or not . Happened to me twice in one month. Never ever using this useless app ever again .
