The interface is the worst. It's impossible to take a screenshot of your name and results at the same time! Do I want to download the test results every week to send to my employer, NO! I don't need more junky downloads nor on my phone not on my computer! Arhhhh. :( I just want a screenshot.
Just downloaded app, it assumes you already have a sign in password and doesn't allow you to "sign up" as a new user. App 101 mistake sounds like a hastily thought up app with little attention to detail.
Uninstalling because this app just sits there without any error message but does not allow a new account to sign in. Im able to sign in on my computer to see my records. Needs a litte work yet.
Doctor's clinic links to Heaalthvana as patient portal; but no access to communication with doctor as expected by medical staff and no usable information or support from Healthvana. Don't waste time installing and registering on this app. They are not ready for end users. It is one of the worst I have every used.
It's not really as useful as it should. Maybe I can elaborate the issues I have encountered to help you. I still have hope that you will improve based on my review. This is just a constructive criticism . 1. I used ONE EMAIL to register my kids via CVS to get the vaccine, only received my eldest's RECORD, not my youngest. 2. CAN'T CREATE an ACCOUNT. & 3. NO LOT NUMBER indicated in the record which make the record pretty useless. VACCINATION CARD is still golden.
App allows my login. But it is populated with ZERO data, no results, no other screens. Right now app is worthless.
It logs you out every time! It looks obsolete, take a look at the Covid19-dxb app from Dubai! Why do I have to log in every time I open the app? Improve or create a helpful app for this pandemic, please!
My account has been disabled and can not be reactivated, again I tried everything and nothing was resolved. I contacted by email, but nothing can be resolved.
Doesn't work. Opens only to a white screen. App does nothing. Samsung Galaxy S6.
Please, please, please add either Samsung wallet or Google wallet compatibility because I can assure you that no one that has this ANDROID version of the app can "add to apple wallet" (proof of vaccination)
Got an alert for my covid results , type in my date of birth and it says it could not verify my account. I went to a mobile testing station that did not require an appointment so I don't have an appointment ID. Would be nice to have my result before I see family for Thanksgiving.
app keeps stopping I did 3 times updated and redownloaded it!!
How do i even sign up and upload my vaccination card? It just copies and pastes the website. I've seen scam apps more useful than this piece of trash
Aaaaw the great Healthvana- after the conquest of the world by Covid; it became imperative to get Covid tests and vaccinations and then present them often for almost anything. The thing is that word by mouth will not be accepted and official records are required and that is where Healthvana comes in who provides easy-to-get and comprehensive official records of test results and vaccinations.

Simple app.... Sort of... I wanna like it and I do, because bottom line, it's better than anything we ever had to obtain are test results, schedule appts, f/u on prescriptions and side effect...
I like that everything is technology now because I can see everything I need to see.
It only displays results and it doesn't schedule appointments.
I have been receiving messages for almost year that new results are in my healthvana account. However, when I log on, I see the original results from May 2017 when I first signed up. Never updates.
It could have simply instructed ro download the app.
The app basically just pulls the data from the website. It doesn't do anything much, can't even download your test results. Font and spacing is terrible. You're better off just going to the mobile website.
