Since a week ago...unable to sync steps or sleep....sleep was actually from the start of the challenge, only able to sync for a day or two and none thereafter. If this is a way of trying to get a handle on the public's health, this program failed miserably. Help line is no better. Update 7/3/22 - Still unable to sync both steps and sleep. Update 4/4/22 - Finally able to sync. Let's see how long before it fails again.

Still no action! Can someone look into the appps? Till date not fix. 365 apps is always having a lot of problems. What happened? I have already completed the 10,000 steps, and the apps is not giving me the points at all! This apps is getting worst every times there is new updates. There is an error on the rewards updating. Hope you guys if you are trying to upload a new upgraded system, make sure every single items are usable before launch it.

I like that there is an initiative that is trying to get people to be more active and therefore healthier. Great idea! I scratch my head when they partner up with unhealthy food choices (like bubble tea) and dub selected items "healthier choice" options. At the same time, groceries like raw fish and veggies are not considered healthy. Deeply disturbing inconsistencies. What irritates daily is one cannot tell New Messages apart from Read Messages. The User Interface needs to be improved, please

Update: steps synced well on the app yet the total step count does not reflect in the national steps challenge? What is going on? I've refreshed the page multiple times, yet I'm still not getting the points. Can the activity summary and NSC both sync at the same time or is there a time lag? This is beyond frustrating. QR code scanner is lousy and does not detect codes.

Thank you for making us physically healthier but the app really needs more improvement as it doesn't give me the points even though I have completed the daily challenges as shown in the app. Moreover, sometimes the app doesn't count my MVPA even though my tracker shows that I have hit the heart rate and duration requirements. Lastly, I have encountered problems with scanning QR code too, so the points are wasted occasionally 😞 changing to 1 star because the problems aren't solved till now

I like the idea of this app. Just exercising and moving to get points which can be exchanged for vouchers. Needs more improvement though, steps do not sync all the time for the challenge (step count is fine). Have to try a few times for them to get through.

Encountered not being able to scan QR codes several times, so many got wasted already. Didn't reach the points needed to redeem until previously earned points expired. There's a way of taking pictures but still indicates invalid QR code. Should have a way to send to customer service for verification, and they can help to add the points. Update: Another case was a prompt that something went wrong and need to scan again. But upon re-scanning, it says the QR has been scanned before.

The weak part is the annoyingly inconsistent syncing between the app and Polar Watch. Workouts are left out, two days of steps missing, pretty lousy show for a government app used for nationwide challenge. Service Hotline is nice and trying but results are disappointing. Seems like service is not taking seriously but rather considered as something less important.

This apps is a sham. It does not really sync together with fitbit heart rate. For example, according to my fitbit workout heart rate, it is 62mins (above the minimum 122 heart rate) however the 365 app say is 18mins. This has happened many times And today 16th April I have walked 8000 steps however I did not get any point as the stupid app says last updated 15 April. I have been restarting my phone, closing, opening and syncing the app for the whole night!!! And there no point at all!!!!!!

I love the app but its been frustrating for few months. Clocked in 11K+ steps on 16 Apr, at 7.5K still no healthpoints, after few hrs the app reflected inaccurately that I clocked 5K. After hitting 11K+ steps, healthpoints is inaccurately sync. People who say"just exercise forget about rewards", that's besides the point, if you don't want to keep your app working for a national prog just remove it. Less frustrating for both parties. Update happened again on 17 Apr, clocked 10K+ reflected as "0".

Much better than the previous app from years ago, but still needs some UX work. Please force fullscreen light mode on the barcode/QR display so that vouchers can be redeemed correctly. Having to fiddle to switch off dark mode while holding up a long queue at the supermarket is not ideal.

Does not link with Google fit. And app cannot accept any trackers that is better than the ones it gives out for free. I don't want to wear multiple trackers. But this app is just not going to accept external trackers that can be linked to Google fit. Weird. App can be described as In a world of it's own for itself. Just like anything else made in singapo

App always not sync-able for step and mvpa, no response. When step is beyond a certain stage, the point syetm unable to have it updated. Wake up and work!!! Also, the actxa tracker device is just worse than unbranded ones cost less than 10 dollars. If there is a zero star, this worth it

Can't even scan qr code. Always show error after scanning and sometimes states code has been scanned even though its a new qr code. App is very slow and lagging. Still the same old problems. Stop wasting everyone's time and just delete the app if developers can't even do anything to improve it.

Constantly having issues syncing the tracker with the app. The daily goals were reached but no point was awarded when it was supposed to. Booking an appointment to exchange the tracker took me almost 2 months. The availability of slots were always full.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy watch and I tried to sync the Samsung Health app to Healthy 365. It didn't sync. Reported to the tech support that the Healthy 365 had already loaded ids for Samsung wearable and they didn't match with my wearable. I am curious if these are standard ids for syncing. If they are, they are not doing the job. Have reported this over 2 mths ago and till now there is no solution. Care to respond?

Most of the Samsung phone, watches or gear doesn't work after the recent update of this App. So many downgrade and bad review I see on this app right now and no reply by the developer or support seen on this review. It's been a week now that data from Samsung to this app is not syncing. It works when upgraded a fe months back. But stop to sync with the tracker again after their recent upgrade. It is really frustrating, especially when there are points and rewards thru the National Challenge.

Initially no issue with the apps and had been using it to scan qr code for groceries to earn points. Last Thursday finally got my new tracker and had done the sync last week. But today when I want to sync the past few days record kept on prompt error can't sync. So I choose to sign out and sign in again but ended up can't login. Tried many times login then got kick out. Really pissed off.

Most of the time able to sync with my fibit watch but since yesterday even though able to sync with the watch reflecting the correct amount of steps & MPA but the points was not updated it stopped at yesterday 5plus in the evening. Please try to address this problem.

takes very long time to sync the steps. Even redeeming rewards requires code but I didn't receive any messages on the code even though the details are correct. Even tried to resend code but still invalid. After the app is required to update, but there's still lots of errors/glitches

Very inconsistent with the syncing capabilities to the server, which is similar to the issues that most users are facing recently... Hopefully the developer can spend some time to fix this annoying problem...

This app used to work fine. However, just recently the Steps and MVPA are counted but they don't register for the challenges. Effectively, this means no Heart Scores... What a bummer...! All the effort for nothing... IT developers must look into this bug quickly!

The MVPA can be sync from the watch, but the number of steps recorded on Healthy 365 is always much lower than the one recorded on Samsung Health (by at least 1000 steps). Why is there a discrepancy? May I know if there is any way to resolve this issue?

I'm not sure if anyone is even reading this to make improvements. No response to whatever comments made. In the past 3 days, although my steps exceeded 10K but the healthpoints were either not given to its max of 40 and today it was 0 healthpoints. If updated, it was lagging. Very inconsistent.

The qr code scanner in the app cannot scan. It doesn't detect the qr code even though the qr code is well printed, the receipt is flat and there is sufficient lighting. The other qr code scanner in my phone works well, so the issue is with the app.

This app is really unreliable. It works for a short while and then doesn't sync my steps for days on end. I have not been able to update my steps for the last 4 days now and it is really frustrating. Until u resolve the inconsistent/unreliable performance of the app, the rating will stay 1 star. I will give it minus star if it is available.. 👎

Too many problems. Disappointed. Added. Bugs after bugs, this program is a waste of country resources. Added: Program is bugs after bugs and never seem to fix. On the new version, sometime after sync display show yesterday data and has to sync again to get it right. This is a national program but does not reach national standard. Add: This apps is a joke. Since upgraded to new version.It has never work correctly. 2021-05-06 This s great joke for country wants to become a smart nation.

Activity summary shows all my daily 10,000+ steps and over 30 mins mvpa BUT the steps and mvpa in the national step challenge progress chart is not reflecting this! Come on! Someone at HPB please fix this! Either fix it or just do away with this challenge altogether! This is beginning to feel like a waste of time!
