This app is not only frustrating but almost completely useless! I have tried for over a year to figure out why it scans an item and says its covered just to go pay online or in store and the item isnt coveredat all! I have to scan and pay for each item separately just to be sure its covered! Just completely frustrating and down right useless. Oh and forget calling in the order because the operator doesn't know anymore than I do!

Barcode scanner is gone! For some reason they want you to type in barcode numbers instead of scanning them?! Of course this is one of MANY issues with this app/system/account. The worst being that they tell you something is a benefit but it won't pay at the register! That's assuming you can even get the card to work at all! No benefit is my opinion! They make it difficult so you won't use it!

If this app is supposed to help users, it's failing miserably!! If it frustrates me the way it does, I can only imagine how it's affecting others. The barcode reader is essential to this app and it doesn't work! The benefits are very beneficial but not worth the headache, frustration and embarrassment. If an item is approved through the app it should be approved at the register.

App freeze's up at times, and for the life of me I don't know how they ever decided what is paid for and what's not. Things that seem more logical are not paid for, and others that seem less logical are. Seems to me the app is not so user friendly over all. One item I scanned with the app said it would pay for it and I took it to the cash register and register would not except payment. This system definitely needs some improvements over all.

Well, it seem to work as far as my balance, ordering, the transaction, all of that works ok, but, there is always so much that is "out of stock", at least 1/4 to 1/2 of most categories are gone! Are you guys not able to restock your items? So, I just went back to Walgreens, physically! I enjoy shopping online but you just are out of everything! ☹️

Had to type in barcodes it was so stressful,time consuming, frustrating,things I have gotten before said didn't qualify,or things in the book. Spent over 2 hours in the store. I only go into town once a month so had no other options but to deal with it. I hope they fix this problem. 😩

You can't see everything on the app plus you can't remove things from the cart that you place in there for later in order to add something new. It's difficult but you are finally able to order & have your items delivered but they charge an extra $9.95 for delivery + taxes on this card. Why wouldn't this card be like a good stamp card instead of a debit card??? No taxes people!!

This app is horrible and useless except you need to see your balance. I was shopping and you cannot even see the options of in store or online shopping nor the scanner to see if item is eligible, so I couldn't check eligibility. I called Soultran while shopping and they had no clue! A couple grocery and OTC Items I bought on my card last month were no longer covered. The old app was much better but it would say things were eligible then wouldn't pay for it at checkout which is so frustrating!

Can't change password from provider to my own. Keeps saying they should match. They do. Tried to search item. Toothbrush, wouldn't search. Milk still wouldn't search. Page is huge and can't see it all and can't reduce or work with page. Totally useless for me. Also don't like shopping on this new site. Liked the old site better.

When using the app, to spend your accrued balance, you will be redirected to Walmart's app where you can log in and save your healthy benefits info for EZ payment. Once there, however, you will see the app how it it looks for anybody who came to the site. There's a search box there but no way to tell what is covered and what is not. The only way you know is after you get everything in your cart and get to the last page under checkout and see the message that says nothing is covered

Another complaint. I'm ordering some things, funds are being deducted but I'm not getting the items. There needs to be a way on the app to see the order number, what was ordered and how much it costs. I've called United Health AND Walmart and no one could help me. Please correct this so we can better track our orders. I've already called both Healthy Benefits and Walmart. Neither one could track my orders. This needs to be corrected on the app. There needs to be a way we can track our own order

Without a product scanner, It's useless. Do you really think people want to type in 50 barcode while shopping. Yeah! They have the scanner working again. Now it is a great app! 5 stars

Won't work with my phone to scan barcodes. S3 healthy benefits are as bad as can be. Nothing in Walmart's pharmacy scanned as eligible. Might have been some if Walmart shelves were restocked, but that's not likely anytime soon. This is a virtually worthless program and app. I bet it doesn't cost the insurance companies much either. One star is overrating it's value. Thanks Gary for your non-solution to the problem. Publish a phone number if you are serious.

I can see my balance, search for nearby stores, and shop online with the app. I love the online shopping feature best for when my anxiety is high. Purchasing online with curbside pickup I can get everything I need without going through the store.

You should make it easier to combined the stuff you order online and the stuff you can order directly from the store. Like the fresh fruit and vegetables. Because I tried looking that stuff up. And it said nothing found. Then I found an area that you can order directly from the store. That has the fresh fruit and vegetables. Seems likethat would make the most sense. Especially for people like me that are new to this service.

This app is horrible.. And when you call support they act like they don't know what's going on with their app.. And even online doesn't work. I think they just want you to order the stuff on the catalog so you won't get extra products it's really frustrating.

Update: it won't even let me buy a Water bottle. What's the point of the benefits if you can't actually use them? It should just let me buy any food item like EBT. App and benefits are Trash. I can't eat meat or dairy so I basically eat Vegan food. It won't cover any of the "healthy Meals" in the vegetable aisle at walmart and it says it covers Uncrustables but that's a lie because when I went to check out just now it wouldn't pay for it. I had to leave the store empty handed

Need more buttons. Can't find products to add to cart unless I open my Walmart app, then won't accept numbers. I can't see as it is and tap tap tap numbers to find it's WRONG. Is this now an AND /OR buy up to $150? I can use the extra on foods. Love the Cheribudi juice. Wouldn't buy it w cash. Im calling one of ya soon.

It doesn't give you a list of what you guys cover on Walmart. This is the worst update. Before the update when you could just go on the app and pick the items from there was the easiest way to do this. Now since the update you have to guess and then go to check out and go through all that just to see if the healthy benefits plus covers it if not got to delete and find something else.

Everything always seems to be "out of stock" even though its all shipped from a Walmart warehouse it also charges me extra everytime I don't make a minimum purchase so I lose benefits every month because it doesn't show what a minimum order is also once you order something there is no way to look back at what was ordered to be able to confirm everything was received

This app used to be good, but now it's terrible after updates. When you click to shop online at Walmart there use to be a list of all the stuff that was covered, there's still a list now, but none of it's covered under the card. It's all name brand stuff to.. so that's probably why. Everytime I go to check out it says it doesn't cover shipping anymore either. Why have an option on the app to go to Walmart. Com and shop if the stuff they show you isnt even what you can get.

This app isn't very accurate. I use the bar code scanner and it'll say that some of the items are not covered but when I checkout in a store, many of the items that the app says aren't covered, are actually covered. Other than that, the app is good. The app could also use a dark mode.

ZERO STARS! Total junk now and talking to customer service and app developer has done nothing!. The newest update ruined this app. Hate Hate Hate the new update!! Will never like it.. Shopping for essentials is So Much Harder now. Especially trying to see the product or shopping for items frequently ordered. Every important window is cut off. What's the point if it can't be used? Please go back to to the way it was last year. Or give us and option to download the old app.

I just started using this app at the begin of April and so far it has been awesome. I can do everything from check my balance, to find a store in my area, to checking which items are covered on my benefit card. Its convenient and very easy to use.

I can log in but when I get to shop online or in store it takes me there and that's it. I can see any of the items. It's almost like the app is bigger than the screen. Never had problems until the last couple weeks now I got to shop my catalog Phone the order in. If there out of an item they dont send you substitutions they they dont call nothing. They just cancel the order. Why? Just why? The selection is getting smaller each month. Why? Just why? What's the point in havin it if you cant use

Difficulty logging in with correct credentials. Can't find or access online catalogue for ordering. Issues resolved finally, found most of what I was looking for. Now I just need to figure out how to use the RX portion of things.

The barcode scanner function of the app doesn't have full access to the Wal-Mart UPC database which causes confusion as to what's covered and what isn't. This goes for both food and OTC items. The scanner shows far more name brand items as approved/covered than store brand.

Almost no help on app. There is no store finder, no bar code app, no information on how to actually use the card or where. No info to be found on Humana website or any other websites it keeps referring me back to. I would love to actually use these benefits but everything seems designed to keep you from actually using them.

If I could give this zero stars I would! This is the worst app I have ever encountered. I went to register and there was a problem registering my birth date. They don't let you just text it in, you have to scroll through the years like a bad memory, and find the correct date. Well I bit, finally after 840 taps (do the math, 70 years x 12 months), click on the correct day month and year, clicked okay, and nothing changed. So now I can't even register! RIDICULOUS!!!
