I got the latest update and now when I open the app it tells me to get the update. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it does the same thing.
I keep the app updated but it want open to no other pages except the update page..I've deleted and reinstalled the app and it still want let me log in
I just reinstalled this about 5 minutes ago, when I try to log on it says update now. There is no update.
They were quick yo fix the problem after the update. I like it!

She Understood the Assignment Very Hard Worker Thank You Mary!!!😍 I would like to say with the App when you login on your Computer you can see more Than If you Log on your Phone Maybe y'all Can Resolve the phones Issues for as That!;

It never lets me register, yet Anthem BCBS says I should use the app. I've tried multiple times in the last month and a half.
This app is infuriating! Everytime I log in I have to get a security code to log in even though it gives you the option to not use a security code next time I log in, but everytime I have to get a security code! Also the benefit reward hub NEVER works, just like the website, the website will always say "For some reason we couldn't retrieve your rewards. Please try again later or contact us for help. HA! WHAT A JOKE! When I tried to contact them for help all of a sudden they say they CANNOT help
Just as broken as the website. The service doesn't remember your device so you have to get a security code every single time you log in. You can't have multiple users in the app, which makes managing insurance for multiple kids a huge hassle. You can't complete the questionnaire on the app or the website. Searching for providers often yields no results, which is incorrect. I think we'll be switching to a different provider.
Just recently got my card from my employer and it won't let me register it to set up an account. Keeps saying something is going wrong and force closes the app. I unistalled the app and won't be using it. Horrible set up.

Blue Cross has decided to limit your ability to administrate your own healthcare just because you decide to root your android device. There is no reason for this. "Security vulnerabilities" is a lie.
Everyone is saying this plan is proof that some medical professionals care about there patients. If this isnt real word for word and a TRUTHFUL about all they offered, Because I'm very sick With a heart problem, and Dibeties, insulin dependent. And my intestinal system is bad shape..alot more.bladder Intercystic cititis.Im looking for a Doctor that cares about there patients... I have a lawyer.
Ok I am posting this review more for informational purposes because I spent and hour+ on the phone a couple days ago with a rep who took very good care of me and I did inform her that it is very challenging to find one that's helpful. Long story short she wanted to inform me that when you have created an account in order to add your children how ever many you have you will have to create a completely separate account for each one due to private policy law. User id and password for each child.
This app SUCKS, I downloaded it and tried to create a account and it keeps telling me, sorry something went wrong please try again later...and I've tried several times and it says the same thing to me.
Horrible app. Tells me to call in for everything because it cannot retrieve anything. Don't waste your time with the app just call because that's all it knows how to tell you to do, call in.
I can't make a password for my account. It tells me to use at least 8 characters, i use 8 characters and it says to make a password using the "i" guide. I do that and i get the same result...
I have tried and tried to register for the OTC benefits and I have continuously received this message SORRY, IT LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING ISN'T WORKING. PLEASE GIVE US SOME TIME TO FIX IT . TRY BACK LATER.😠😡. Very FRUSTRATING!!
I have tried to register multiple times and it will not allow me too or tell me why. Just says they made an error and hope to fix it. What kind of solution is that? No numbers to call or anything
Do you expect us to register on this app? You click on the word register you fill out the information and it tells you they need a member number. But I have no member number because I'm not registered what's the deal?
This would be a very helpful app. IF it worked. Uninstalling, if it get fixed I'll reinstall it. People really need this app so please fix the problems
I just downloaded the app, and it's telling me there's an update available and will not let me access the app, but there is no update in the Google play store.
I know I can always count on Healthy Blue for my health care needs. Customer service has always been polite, professional and knowledgeable.

I can not get anything to work on this app. When I go into (like) family history or anything I get a blank page. Not worth the trouble.
The app isn't available for update on my device(Samsung Galaxy S8 Active) and will no longer allow me to login.
Healthy Blue as all way been there for me. Excellent customer service.
The "find a provider" feature does not work. It's best to call and ask a real person.
I downloaded this app for my insurance and first page to register there is a box saying they have an update and you can click on 'find care' or 'update'. I click on update and there is nothing to update . Just Uninstall and open. What is going on?
