Our Pediatrician accepts the health plan that I chose, but the site isn't showing that our Pediatrician accepts it. So I wasn't able to choose the PCP through the app. I will have to call the phone number, and that's something I do not like doing. I would rather the app. but the app isn't 100% reliable.
Crashes when trying to access new letters. Just did update on app and cannot access or change anything without it logging me out!!!
Can't use this to enroll like they say you can because they want you to login to do that. When I put in the info required (no password is required) an error message pops up and gives me a number to call. Government ALWAYS giving their own people the "run around"...SMH!!!!
Don't get why healthy blue has this app. Site doesn't have but a few pages and there's not much information on either of them and 95% of the time it won't accept my username/password. Better off loading site in your browser.
Very easy to use and very helpful and fast. Liked all the services I could handle instead of holding on the phone. Account easy to set up.
super easy to navigate. have had no issues so far. very easy to follow. i had always been confused about all this and this app has made it so much easier!
I got in after 5 attempts, I wish I would have been told that our login info is the same as our actual account information on the website. Also there isn't much to do on this app as far as ... well ... anything! What exactly is this app for if you cant make any changes?
Great app ! Helps you figure out all the questions or concerns you have ! Great for young adults that have no idea what to do or how to do it ! Very simple & very easy !
helpful with finding doctors for any particular type of service. also easy to update info such as if u get a new phone number, address, etc.

Easy way to keep up with my Medicaid I recently just switch to a different package so we'll have to see if this app still is able to be used with the new package I chose I will keep you posted
Not helpful for over a year. Just fed-ex'd medical records that i now owe $138.00 for. I have called many many many times this year... With no help, and my health has deteriorated.
It won't let me change my mailing address so they sent my mail to the wrong address...... every time I put in the new address the old one pops back up......
Everytime I try to sign in it keeps tell me that it is off line to try again later and i have been trying for like a week.
I give it 3 Starts average... Can be pretty good (4) or pretty bad (2) depending on what type of device you use.

This app is ok, no real problems. But I personally need a desktop website, with a big monitor, for this particular application. Biggest reason is to read the various manuals & documents that are really big, multi-paged, & come in PDFs. (I use Sumatra PDF Reader on Windows, simpler & much more secure than Adobe.) Frequently Asked Questions is really quite informative. It explains about various programs you may apply for, defines words- not just about the app like some Faqs. No ads. StepStone :-)
