The app is slow, not intuitive, and does not properly connect to Samsung health. Poorly designed all around.

Difficult to navigate. Will not connect to Samsung Health even though it claims to. I was asked at every login if I want to link to Samsung Health. After clicking yes, it looks like it might work, but never did. Now I'm asked now and then, but it still never connects. Basically kind of a worthless app.

Doesn't connect to Samsung Health. It keeps telling me to install the app and taking me to the App store, despite the app already being installed.

Adding physical activity is difficult. The keyboard covers the drop boxes, and I was unable to easily search for activities. I can type a letter or word in the box, but it won't search. I can only scroll through the entire list to find the right activity. The Healthy Now app wasn't great, but much better than this one.

I cannot believe that it won't sync with Google Fit or any of the manufacturer apps!! The only ones it will sync to is Garmin and Fitbit. If you have Wear Os you have to have a second app and it ignores Google Fit which is already on a LARGE number of smartwatches. Trying to get it to work on Wear Os with a third party app is a total pain and a waste of time. By the time it goes through two or three iterations the data is not accurate. My work gives "credits" toward insurance cost using this app ONLY. So I have to input all the data manually. What a pain.

App works, had no problem signing in. I can't link my Samsung Health to it though. I try to pair them in the app and I just keep getting a prompt to install the Samsung Health app, which I already have installed.

This is the worst experience I've ever had downloading an app. I got a link from my employer's wellness provider. After it downloaded, it wouldn't take my login. Then, when the wellness provider cleared everything out, I tried to install it again...it was "pending" for an hour. I deleted it, tried again..."pending" for another hour. Avoid this extremely flawed at all costs!

Stopped syncing with Withings. My company uses this app for wellness goals and challenges, with points awarded for steps. Withings is correct and all connections are set but it's been 4 days of disconnecting, restarting, reconnecting, and refreshing with no luck. Disappointing.

Another person unable to connect to Samsung health

Poor interface, won't sync to smart watch. It's basically a slow awkward version of their website, which means as an app the UI is horrible for phones. The UI itself depends on the website it connects with, so YMMV. Mine looks nothing like the screenshots.

No different than the website. It seems the primary point is to get my wellness score up; therefore, I was hoping the app would work like a habit tracker. I don't want to log my workouts. I want to view all my progress over a period of time as it directly relates to increasing my wellness score.

Can't directly connect to Samsung watches or pull data from Samsung Health or Google Fit. Have to use MyFitnessPal for meal entry, Samsung Health to enter weight and pull steps and sleep from the watch, then Google Fit imports steps and weight, then Withings Health Mate pulls from Google Fit and MyFitnessPal, and finally Healthy Path pulls from Withings... or it would, if it ever got around to syncing. I'm lucky to get it to update once a week, and that includes disconnecting and reconnecting the apps multiple times during that period, with no option to force a sync on demand.

I can't even set it up. I am on a more modern phone (Pixel 5) and when I try and set my institution it has nothing but connection issues with the website. Oh how I wanted to take part in this program. Are the thumb presses to the keys on my phone's keyboard the workout? Do I get points for writing this review?

This is the worst health app I've ever used. Not user friendly at all. Had to contact support to find out how to schedule a health coaching session... there is no place on app to do so.

Download today and alrea6 disappointed. I can't get through the log in page, made multiple attempts and it just won't log in. My password and user name are correct, I was able to log on on website but this app just won't work.

Could not get past the login screen. Reset my password several times and still no working. Was able to log into website, so it just a poorly developed app.

Does not connect to samsung or Apple watches to sync steps. Even through 3rd party apps it is impossible.

This app keeps popping open interrupting other things. I have to uninstall because it keeps killing me in mobile games. Very frustrating!

Account creation process is terrible on their website. Going to give feedback to company. Also, when it asks to search for the company..does nothing

Yuck. Like mo a t gunsersen/quartz apps....this doesn't work. It is too glitchy to perform the more basic of functions

It won't let me connect to Samsung Health. Contacted help desk and was asked to uninstall and reinstall it. No luck

Ok, so they updated it so that it loads, but it keeps telling me that Samsung health can link to it but it won't work

You have to sign in every time you open the app. This is very annoying.

I am unable to locate where the Access Code has been sent to. In order to use the app.

It keeps launching when I am in other apps and becomes the active application

It asks for a code, says to login to get the code. doesn't say where to login.
