I have been healthy pawa customer for 10 + years. I appreciated the ease of submitting my bills via the App. However, the App is no longer working for "anyone" and we as the customer with valid account keep getting "Server Error" messages. I understand if the issue is just for last couple weeke. But the app has been useless for last 6 months. This is a significant error from Healthy Apps towards all clients. Healthy Paws, please address the issue and at least acknowledge the faulty app.

I LOVE this app. I've used it now for 6 years. Suddenly it no longer works! My sign in info hasn't changed. I can sign in just fine using the website but it will not allow me in the app. It keeps saying either SERVER ERROR or INVALID SIGN IN OR PASSWORD. This app has a glitch ... probably from the last update that was supposed to fix the glitches. Please fix it asap.

I have been a healthy paws customer for many years. Now, all of a sudden, it tells me I have an invalid username and password, when I can log in on a computer just fine. I even tried changing my password, uninstalling and reinstalling the app....nada. This is unacceptable.

Can't login. Server error. Yet, the website is fine. This is a glitchy app. I installed it to make claims easier. Guess I'll be doing the extra step of scanning it to my phone, emailing myself and uploading it to the website. Horrible. The one and two star reviews are accurate.

I had some issues recently with the app not allowing me to log in. I contacted the company and they got the issue fixed within a few days. I'm grateful for their reply and resolution since the app is more convenient when I need to file a claim. Gave 4 stars due to when the app was down for me and I had to submit my claims online they took twice as long to be reviewed with the first one I submitted online and due to it not feeling as smooth/seamless of a process.

If the app isn't working for you, reach out to support for a simple fix! I reached out and received a helpful response and solution. I have been a huge fan of HP for years, they've always had excellent customer service so I don't know why they would just let their customers continue to be frustrated with their app, rather than to address all of these negative comments... But at least they will respond if you email them. (Give them about 2 weeks to respond.) Good luck!

I will happily change my review to a 5-star once they fix this HUGE. Like the other reviewers, I have been using this app for years and always loved its simplicity. But the new glitch is awful. At first it just wouldn't let me file claims, always saying there was a server error. Now it won't let me sign in at all, again saying there's a server error. It's pretty frustrating because this has been going on for a while now and my puppy has had a few vet visits which I haven't been able to claim.

App isn't very good. Used to be very fast/simple to submit a claim. Can no longer attach pics and have to take new ones. Once it does take the pic, it gives a server error so you can't submit the claim.

It no longer works. It hasn't for months and they seem to not care. Customer service has gone way down with them. Don't bother with them. I have tried multiple times and they just don't care. Worst customer service ever. Unfortunately they hot you once you file a claim as then you have pre-existing conditions. They know that so they have no intentions of fixing ANYTHING!!! Would not recommend and no longer do!

Happy with Healthy Paws insurance so far, but what gives with the app?I'm able to log into the website just fine, but when I try to login to the app it just keeps giving me a server error. The app was working months ago, no idea what changed! When is an app update coming out to fix this?

This app needs an overhaul. It has not changed much in the few years I have had it and now I can't log into the app to submit a claim. Healthy Paws prices keep increasing and the app keeps getting worse, go figure...

This app used to be so simple! You log on, snap or load a picture of your invoice and tap submit! Now, with more vets going virtual and paperless invoices its so complicated! You can't load pictures from your gallery into the app to submit. You have to go to the website and then, and only then, can you submit a downloaded invoice. Like others have said.. Bring back this feature. It was one of the better features you had.

Healthy paws, as a company, is fantastic! The app, however, has gone downhill since they took away the ability to add photos instead of having to take the picture of the receipt. When using online services like 1800 petmeds, I can't attach the bill statement. I now have to print out the receipt and take a picture of it. Not the end of the world....but inconvenient for sure.

As others have noted, not being able to attach documents within the app makes the claims process a pain, which is the only reason I want the app in the first place. The camera feature in the app does look kind of cool I guess, but since I no longer get paper copies of my invoices from my vet it's unfortunately useless. The website still allows for quick claim filing with uploaded documents. Hopefully they'll bring this back in the app as well soon

I have used the app for a long time, however recently the app, for the past 2 weeks, has not allowed me to really do anything. Wherever there is an option to select something, like the pet to submit a new claim for the screen has been blank. When I go to view a claim status, the screen is again blank. When I go to view a pet policy, the screen is yet again blank. I've had to do everything on the main website. They should be fixing that.

Why take away a valuable feature? This app had its amount of glitches, but WAS manageable and easy enough to quickly submit claims. Now they removed the ability to attach a photo to your claim. Did a family member send you a photo of the receipts? Can't attach it. Have digital copies of your invoice? Can't attach those either. It only lets you take pictures of your receipts. Can't navigate into your phone's picture gallery to attach it. Why do this?

Photo Attachment was much better. The App change is not good at all. In the past I was able to download an invoice from my phone and submit it as a claim. Now I need to print the invoices as my vet sends them by email to save paper or I have to get to a desktop computer and save the invoices to it and download them to create a claim. This is not convenient at all. Please return the option on the App to submit pictures of a claim.

Used to be a bit more useful, but recent changes made it worse. I still find it useful for photographing invoices, but most other tasks are needlessly tedious. Viewing claim status just redirects to the website, requiring additional login and excessive navigation to view each claim individually. As others have said, claims can only be submitted as images, not PDFs.

Used to be a great app; however, I can't access it anymore. Server is always down. Worthless now. On the side, a 14% increase in premiums that are not related to our pets age is unacceptable.

There seems to be an issue with the app. Previously it would allow me to upload an image from my phone's camera and I could have submitted a clear screenshot of the invoices, which I have been doing from the past 4 years. However, now there is no option to do that, it just snaps a picture. Now that my vet emails me invoices I can't print it out at home. Can someone look into this and bring back that setting?

Within the last month I have not been able to start a new claim with this app. Keeps telling me server error. Ive never had issues up until now!
