I found this really poorly worded "exercise will improve your mood, it will stop your mood swings this is better for your partner" If you eat ice cream you will just be piling on the pounds ---- deleted it after 30 seconds!!

Yes. This is a good app. Good info. If you eat crap food this isnt going to make you happy. Pregnancy SHOULD be a period where you eat healthy. If not for you, for your baby. Lets stop obesity! Chips may not cause lung cancer, but they do clog arteries, and contribute to poor eating habits. So instead of complaining about how guilty you feel because of your pitiful diet, maybe learn something and eat right for the helpless growing body inside yours. These idiots are probably the moms who eat fast food and will feed their kids the same.

Within the first few minutes of looking through the meal plan, it was a no from me. I'm not a nutritionalist but from all the information I've gathered from pregnancy do's and don't , papaya is probably the worst thing you could add to a meal specially "a bowl of only papaya" theres something in the papaya fruit that mimics contractions and could actually cause miscarriage. I gave it two stars because throughout the years nutritional facts about pregnancy have constantly changed. Things that you shouldn't have eaten years ago are now considered good for the baby and vice versa so I'm not going to give this a one-star simply because it's full of papaya
