Well it told me to down load the mobile app so I tried. It said I can only use the app on my PC. And was snotty about. I have yet to figure this out. I have had the account for 2 years and have no clue how to make it work. Nothing I try works. I worked in high tech so things I have done should work. Is there a coven I have to join. Or a certain religion I have to belong to? I'm not changing my political party, but would consider a reasonable accommodation.
App used to work, but all of a sudden it logged me out (I never log out) and when I tried to log back in I keep getting error messages. I downloaded updates (again) and still the message. Finley I just removed the app. The Tech team needs to check into what the issue is.
This is the most worthless app which does not work with my united health care ucard I tried and then I needed help with logging in issues I was given 1-2 business days but they never sent a response back to me in my email it's been over a week now.
Definitely not what it was portrayed to be. It's just coupons. I was hoping for $10 toward fresh produce- as the description of the app stated. I have all the coupon Apps I need. This was a disappointment. You should be more truthful in your marketing.
This is a useless feature. Everything I try to do on the UCare web sites turns out to be a wild goose chase. We were supposed to go onto OnePass on Jan. 1, 2022. I couldn't get on until two days later. Then the gym I go to, had never heard of the program. It took calls on my part to get the gym listed as a provider. I think UCare puts out these "benefits" and hasn't researched them adequately. I tried to get onto Healthy Savings and it takes me to Google and other sites that I don't know anything about. UCare should be making these benefits easier to use or not offer them at all. I am disgusted!
There are almost no offers that would be used by most families. The items that are discounted are not items that would we would ever buy. Nice idea but very poor execution of the purpose of the app/card. Not to mention that UCARE thought this would be used by all the people that they sent a mailer with actual cards for this app inside of it? How expensive and what a waste of the paper and cardstock that was laminated for the cards? You could do better than this!?!?
Worst App Ever!!! I have tried numerous times to login to my account. It won't let me access because it takes forever and a day to load. I don't have the time to sit days on end to just wait for it to load while accessing my account.
Why did I even bother? The savings weren't worth the effort of setting it up. I only have two stores in the area that are covered. The discounts are for items/brands I wouldn't buy. There's no fresh produce, and it's mostly peanut butter and yogurt. The app itself is okay. It's pretty easy to navigate and it looks nice. My only issue is that pushing the back button on my phone exits the app/logs me out. It's supper frustrating. Make the phone's back button work for the app!!!
This program seems promising, however it would be A LOT better if it included more than just Cub (super one and other major grocery stores). Users would be able to actually benefit from this program provided there would be more stores to choose from. Please try to get more stores on board so most users can enjoy the benefits. As for the app design itself, it's easy to navigate and very good.
Half the time I ended up spending more because the discounts didn't come off at checkout. There's a process where you can submit a form to get the discounts reimbursed, but you'll never hear back. Now I've been booted out & it keeps telling me I have the wrong password. When I ask for an email for a temporary password to change it, I never get an email. Not thinking this is worth the aggravation.
Many of the items listed say they are at the stores in my area, but they are not at the store or the selection is very limited to the point of it being useless. I end up going to a store not covered (whole foods usually) to get the items I need. This has wasted time and money because I end up doing 2 stops instead of 1 and they are generally not close to each other. I have tried 3 different stores in the list already with the same frustration at each one.
I prefer going to Mankato rather than the city areas or Hutchinson but I can't get listings for that. Not sure what products are covered nor can I look up a particular store to see if they accept your card.
Tried a couple of times to view app in the store to buy items but no luck, so gave up trying. Not enough offerings to keep this app on my phone taking up space anyway.
Update your map. Shows stores that are no longer there.😕 A coupon savings app that tracks when, where and what i purchase.😦 Just what i need. Do u want to know if im washing my hands & wearing a mask too?
Um ... I can only select my birthday by hitting the previous arrow on the calendar (12x my age) many times. Nope. Gonna nope out of that.
Not a big enough selection. Items listed are not relevant to every day use by most people.
Most useless program. None of the buttons work but only state 'no offers in your area'. My zip code shows 3 screens of stores available and participating in this program. Totally useless. After many emails with customer service we finally got it to work!
This app is totally USELESS!!!! If your phone does not have biometrics fingerprint it does not work on some goverment phones. I've uninstall and reinstalled time and again, nothing helps. I was excited to use this but that excitement died the moment it went haywire. TOTAL GARBAGE!!!!😵😵😲😲😟😟
I receive the error: Sorry you are unable to connect. Please check your network settings then try again. I have strong 5G WiFi signal and can stream movies but the app isn't able to connect. Overall poor introductory experience.
My health insurance sent me the information to sign up for this and I was really excited. My diet is based on a vegan diet and I was looking forward to saving on produce. I went to a grocery store on the list closest to my home to find out the Scan doesn't work, the store did not carry the brand of produce listed, and when the checkout clerk scanned my number from the app it didn't work either. Not sure if it was worth the trip to a different store to save $0 dollars on the 1 item I bought from the list which cost more than at my regular store.
I came back here to try to contact your customer service. Not here (as I can't see reviews anymore). I have "Health Benefits" card (from my insurance), I installed your app, and when I clicked on it (more than one try), it took me to my insurance benefits app!! Crazy! So, why does this happen, and how do I get it to stop happening? I haven't gotten to see your healthy savings app at all.
Not able to access "finding stores" near me. The only stores listed were 3 walmarts telling me the distances which were incorrect. The stores were more than a 45min. Drive...the app told me .1 and .5 miles away. I am not finding this app helpful at all. Very disappointed and do not feel it will be of any use to me.
Horrible card, horrible app, horrible customer service. I went to the store to purchase items available for savings. Myself and the lead manger at Walmart were unable to use the card, scanner, number and mobile app for the savings. The manager of Walmart said she had attempted to use this card with several customers and not a single one worked. She said they offered no training or information on how this works or what to do if it doesn't. What a waste of time, money and phone storage.
This is a product promotion, not a real service. It would be helpful to have common foods like non brand eggs, milk, bread, yogurt, chicken, fish, vegetable, fruit on the list.
everytime I try to use my savings card in the store it doesn't work. I even went out of my way to specifically purchase something on the savings list to see if the $0.50 off would be applied.... NOPE....i feel like this is just a way for Ucare to see what type of food is members are eating and to see if it can encourage people to make healthier choices. sorry to be blunt but it's not cheap to eat healthy and when you promise to give deals or discounts on specific foods & don't follow thru 😡😡😡
I was able to download, open and log on to the app. It showed my ytd savings (1 trip to the grocery store using my card). Fortunately for me there are several stores near me where I can use the card. It would be nice if there savings weren't on specific brands as not all brands were available at the store I typically shop at. I did Dave $2.75 on my first trip, buying foods I typically buy.
The app works decently. I've never heard of most of the store it applies to, and the ones that it does I never shop at. This program should include more common stores like Hyvee, Walmart or Target.
Tried using my HealthySavings app at a Kroger-owned grocery store near me, that was listed on the map in the app as being a participant store, to no avail. Their POS system didn't recognize the card even after the manager on duty tried to scan it through various backend ways. He noted that no one has been trained on how to handle HealthySavings cards/apps, at his store. This app seems scammy, and Solutran clearly isn't deploying this app properly if I can't even use it at a Kroger chain store.
Just not use to it yet. I forgot I had the card because I was so use to the Coupons. Plus I would have to have a password -- oh my ! What is it?? Not so, today I simply opened the app that I downloaded the first day I received the notice. There it was my AVAILABLE $$ dollars. Thank you the benefits are so welcomed ! theresa Velasquez
The items available are either too expensive to justify buying for the tiny discount offered or aren't actually healthy. There's no way this app is worth it for my budget or diet. No fresh produce, no meat, only "lean" and "healthy" (but not really) snacks, a severely limited selection of canned goods, and a bit of dairy. All of the stores listed are within driving distance but there's maybe 2 items available for discount that I'd bother buying.
