I think this app is abandoned. Last version was over a year ago. If you wonder if it can sync with your device - no it can't. Don't bother trying. Basically, you can copy data from a useful app into this one. This is the app and provider used by Presbyterian healthcare. They should be embarrassed. Does no one at Pres even check up on this? Do they care about their reputation?
Pressing the back button on your phone closes the app, it doesn't correctly sync with the site, any worthwhile information has to be entered in the website itself. Also, based on other reviews: these have been problems that have gone unfixed for a long time.
They really need 0 stars! I have repeatedly tried to downlod the app.....but it always opens to a white screen. Who knows if it works any better for those who can open it. Complete waste of time and effort. And another year later same thing. Thia is what my company provides for insurance deductable reduction. What a joke!
Very archaic and poorly designed. Could be so much more than it is. Feels like it was a check mark on someone's idea list that once it was created it was "hey we have one, what else can we check off?" if this is considered a finished product, then any person with minimal knowledge can work there for them.
I like the app when it works. Every time I go to log in it says connection failure. I've uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and I'm getting the same issue. Perhaps some updates are needed.
i would give this product no stars. the app crashes constantly & you cannot enter Rx information. you cannot scan foods or enter anything outside the limited options in the app. does not connect to device. update or delete this! terrible app. yikes.
Not enough detail as in I have to log in to BC and then to My HealthyNow. Example recent step challenge, no detail like on website which was also lacking. Just taking up space as the rest of the features lack detail functionality and the website lacks ease of use as well.
no stars but it made me pick. downloaded the app as i thought it would be most convenient for me. wont open most attempts. cant find plain old honey to add to my food log. deleting within 20 minutes of downloading after reading many reviews.
Couldn't even use the app because it wouldn't get past the log in screen. It kept saying network error but there is nothing wrong with my network. Deleting the app.
It doesn't sync with any Trackers/Apps, you have to enter everything manually. Definately a lot of opportunities for improvement with this one
I have a new phone (Sept 2019) running Android v10 and the app does not behave properly. I will need to use the portal since this APP is not fully compatible with most recent version of Android.
This app is horrible. Does not allow log in. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several time. Says no data connection and all other apps, Google etc function well. Please fix bugs
the ios app syncs with apple watch and syncs data for your steps etc.. nothing for Android app. what a waste! like everything else, Cerner ruined it.
This app is horrible and archaic! Last update was 2017?! This app should be removed if it is no longer usable. And why is BlueCross still promoting it? Very frustrating.
App last updated 4 years ago. All it is an app interface for uploading your own entries. Does not integrate with G Fit or anything else.
Won't work. Keep getting the message that this this application is not activated on your web portal? I guess not compatible with Android 10...?
Insecure and pointless app. Protects your PHI with a 4 digit pin. Back button closes app. It's just a dumb backdoor interface to their site.
It wouldn't accept my zip code and it said Android was working on a outdated version. There was nothing for me to update. Don't waste your time.
App used to work fine now there is just a blank white screen. My job uses this app for healthy living now i can't log my info. Doesn't even deserve 1 star at this point.
Requires that I uninstall and reinstall every time I need my steps to sync. I basically just forego the app and login to my corporations wellness portal website.
App won't get past first page. Says connection issue when I have full 4G reception and full wifi bars.
So I thought I'd use the food tracker and I typed in bagel...ok it found bagel...then I typed in peanut butter and it listed about 40 things that staryed with "Candy, peanut butter crisp bar". I spent the next 3 minutes scrolling down truing to find actual peanut butter and it wasn't there. I typed in "peanut butter" and it said no results. I realized that it does not have a bar code scanner or QR code scanner, and then said why would I ever use this when Myfitnesspal exists?
All I see when I open the app is a blank white screen. I cannot use the app in any way, and have to kill the app to get out.
There should be an option to add food and exercise due to it not being listed. Also, the number of minutes exercised does not coincide with the calories burned considering I use an app that's pretty accurate of the time and length of my exercise. I don't particularly care for this app,but it is required through my Healthcare program.
