I really enjoy this App. I have joined several challenges and have won numerous prizes. Lately the App has not been syncing with Google Fit and I have not heard back from the support team. I'm in a walking challenge so every step counts. I'll update my review if I hear back from support.

This experience has been awesome and super easy! Not only that, but it has helped to keep me motivated to lose weight. Although I came into it at just the right time, I was able to win money with one of my very first challenges! Knowing that I've been able to win money back and will continue to win money makes the journey that much more worth it 👌

I have used and loved healthy wage in the past and decided to do it again - but the app won't let me past the signin/ signup/ forgot password section and won't display any challenges at all as a guest. Definitely a glitch, but no idea what's causing it, and very disappointing!

Unfortunately I was laid off and now have no way to afford this. I've been trying repeatedly to cancel and there's no assistance. Only one copy and paste reply to my several emails and George over the phone was rude and told me to just email again. I am stressed enough with the unforseen layoff and this is not helping.

Feel like this is a scam.. I created a weigh in video and it was accepted last month I lost 16 or so pounds and realized the weight was 100 lbs less than what it was supposed to be when it wouldnt let me send in an update. So essentially I'm out the 300 dollars I bet because it will NOT accept the 20 or so videos I tried to resubmit on hardwood flooring EXACTLY like the first video in front of a mirror and they gave me less than a week to correct by 3pm today. I'm really angry.

Still haven't heard from Healthy Wage personal & I've tried several ways without any response. This isn't good PR. So unfortunately I'm giving you all a F. Very disappointed that I couldn't log in to app to actually do the 2 challenges. I have uninstalled this app.

I downloaded it because of an ad that it was 0 dollar to start for a time and yet you have to pay at least 5 dollars, along with that I have a screen shot of the ad glitching that proves they randomly generate the number that says amount of money you can win. Other than that the app is glitchy and frankly close to being a scam. False advertising and will do anything to screw you out of money.

Focuses too much on weight loss, which may not, in and of itself, be healthy. There should at least be challenges that implement (approved) biometric scales that detect body composition, so that we may focus on actually being healthy through muscles growth/retention plus fat loss, and not be as focused on weight loss which may include the loss of healthy muscle. As it is, it's too easy to fall into the trap of severe dieting or worse, because the progress is only focused on weight, not health.

Just posted my video weigh-in, It was fun and easy, although the cameraman was not a helpful as he could have been, but we got it done!

So far so good. I've lost about 18 pounds since starting, it's been work but being financially invested makes it worth doing. I'm definitely liking it so far.

Great app, really holding me accountable for my weight loss. I am nowhere close to winning as I have only been doing this 1 week, but I really enjoy the premise behind the app. I will have to update this later if I win!

I have tried to set my profile pic several times, but the app doesn't add it. In addition, I attempted to submit my verified weight at least five times,only to have the app not update it. I am so glad that I put money down to take part in this challenge, only to have the app not work.

I'm just starting but this is very exciting and I'm very motivated, Very challenging! Can't wait to see my success!

Step challenges are a scam. They charge such a high fee to withdraw money, that even when you win your challenge, you're not breaking even.

The platform that changes the game. I am so happy I was able to get to my desire weight after 7 years of trying it by using other weight lose programs.

The concept is awesome and I'm very stoked to be part of this great and motivating way to lose weight. The app, however, leaves much to be desired; its just difficult to navigate and not user friendly at all. I want to add things like the weight loss plan I am using to reach my goal, no way to update this. I added my Fitbit, but there are no stats, the list goes on, it needs improvement to say the least. I just have to make sure it doesn't frustrate my journey because of it's current uselessness. I'm sure improvements are coming!!!

App can be glitchy and sometimes difficult to navigate, but overall a good experience. HW might want to consider finding a better way to navigate to the dashboard. I always have to be creative getting there and half the time I throws me out, only to make me log in again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times. Just needs some tweaking and it'll be perfect!

I've just downloaded it to get started but it won't let me! The app itself is not behaving as it should. I'm on the page where you can play around with the wager/weight loss calculator and when I try to scroll down to read further, it rapidly scrolls all the way to the bottom. When I try to tap "review bet options" it doesn't open a new section - it just skips back up to the top. I can't use the app if I am unable to even see what it says.

Good motivation. I like the break even guarantee and the progress trackers are great. The only thing I dislike is that for step challenges, they only use days where you took over 4000 steps to calculate your goal of a 25% increase, so it has to be at least 5000. Since many days are ~2000 for me, it's like a 150% increase so a lot harder. But at least it pointed out how bad I really was and is good motivation to get to an even semi-healthy level of walking.

Great motivation to stick to your weight loss plan, but beware of the hoops you need to jump through to actually win! Have lost hundreds of dollars because I tried doing multiple challenges at once, verified that I hit my goal weight, but weighed in for one challenge ONE day before the next one ended, so I lost the second one (even though I was clearly under goal weight). Have also lost multiple challenges because I did not recieve a reminder to fill out my "verification signature" at the end

Do NOT sign up for any long term goal because you can NOT cancel!! I did a year goal and lost a little bit of weight at the beginning, but now I'm just throwing money away because there is no way I'll meet the goal set. This definitely needs to be clearer when signing up!!! I was new to the app and obviously got myself into something I now can't get out of!! Now I'm fat & broke! Also, I miss a payment due to my card expired, and now I'm getting told pay up or we will send you to collections!

The app needs work. A lot of the time comments, posts and such do not post or come up blank or flat out disappear. This makes supporting others and getting questions answered very difficult. Ranking is also a huge problem. I am hardly ever on the ranking, the "jump to me" button does nothing. It often times tells me to weigh in first which I have done several times or on the step counter where you dont even weigh in but sync steps. Please update to be more user friendly and help us lose weight!

Great app! Love the support and ethusiam of others on the same journey. My only issue is I wish they were a little more flexible with adjusting the goals without having to pay. I dont need more time, I'd just rather adjust my weight loss goal even if that meant lowering the prize money.

This is an amazing challenge I am so glad that it's not up to one person but it's up to a team of five which I think is amazing, the winning prize is $10,000.

Makes you type in your login info each time you use the app. First and most obvious flaw; frustrating and unacceptable inefficiency in this day and age when even banking and finance apps can use biometrics or otherwise remember your login info. Navigation, especially between one's different challenges, is unintuitive. It does what it needs to do, but at the cost of looking and operating like an app made in 2010. Edit: I already have the most updated version of the app.

The app wipes out data. All my weigh ins are gone. Won't let me verify weight, won't even let me log in! Tried clearing the cache and reinstalled, tried everything!! And it's the day of my final weigh in. The app has gone haywire, and the videos all require numerous internet devices or a newspaper. I'm rather frustrated, since HW is a great idea, but the fault seems to usually lie in the crappy tech they use. Soooo stressed.

The program is great, but the app has been stretching videos for weeks, so I have to go to the website to upload. Otherwise, everything works as it should.
