This app is terrible. It rarely works, and when it does it only works on one hearing aid, then says they are out of sync. If you choose to sync, it just sets them back to the way they were. I deleted it and downloaded it again, and same thing. It's a huge waste of time. I paid more for the spirit model so I could have the remote programming. That would require an app that works! This one does not!

Unfortunately, this app is very glitchy. I have followed the instructions to the letter about closing down notifications etc and I can set the volumes how I want them. However, I find that when you come out of the app and go back in, the settings revert to default or the app doesn't work at all. This means that you have to uninstall the app and start again.

Can't connect to my Xaiomi Mi10T lite. I've tried all the steps suggested in previous reviews and replies to reviews and more, many times. The app finds both hearing aids but can't connect, failing before offering pairing. I've connected multiple devices and apps on this phone without any problems, Bluetooth connection always good. But even if I could pair it, the issues would only start since there are so many reviews here highlighting problems. £2,000 shame on the manufacturer, I feel cheated!

App frequently reports my hearing aids are not synchronized. App provides no reference to synchronization. Nor does the Synchronize button do anything of any apparent value. My audiologist also has no idea what this message is or what it means. While "out of sync" no feature of the app is accessible. I will try other hearing aid apps.

I recently purchased Specsavers Advance 771 hearing aids on the understanding that I could control them with my phone. The app would not connect after repeated attempts. I was later told that this app also requires Bluetooth Version 4.2 which my phone does not have. Pre purchase this information was not made clear either verbally or in the literature. Android version 7 or above is the only requirement mentioned. Most disappointing as the aids and the app which works on my tablet are excellent.

I think the app works really well. With regards to previous reviews- sometimes you have to go onto Bluetooth on Settings and click on your hearing aids to re-connect (not re-pair) them (as they will disconnect from time to time which can affect the app). However that takes just a moment to do. I find the app helpful, straightforward and easy to use. I like that it gives you more control over your hearing aids and in particular a greater range of programmes to use.

I would consider this app just meh so far in the past 24 hours that I have been using it. I have not used the remote programming feature, so I will update if I do. But every time you switch in and out of the screen your hearing aids have to reconnect (I have the Audinova DX30s). Also, the battery indicator isn't always accurate. It can go down as much as 15% when viewing it within just a few minutes and there can be a big difference between both HAs.

This app keeps giving a warning that my hearing aids need synchronising! I make sure all Tap settings on my S20 Plus are disabled, re-sync the aids and still get the same warning. I've reinstalled the app several times but still am plagued with the warning. I've had the aids checked and reset and they are fine. After re-starting my phone a few times and closing the app as well, it will start working; this happens several times a day, particularly when selecting different programmes.

This is an unreliable app. Specsavers sent my hearing aids back to the manufacturer because they kept dropping out. The phone showed left connected, right would not connect but sound came through right aid. On their return no better except sound comes to left aid and right still will not connect. When they work they are excellent but you cannot rely on them to stay connected. Disappointed.

Almost none of the developer-listed functions work as stated on my Sonova RELATE Reserve 312 RIC hearing aids. I can access only two programs (auto and bluetooth) but can make no adjustments. When I mute them, the app turns them back on in two seconds. No battery level indicator. The equalizer and balance function screens reset before I can finish making any changes. App is significantly worse than the internet aids I returned that cost 1/3 of these. Has the developer ever used this app?

I can't overstress how important the following instructions are even if you don't 'get it'. Works well after phone changes and the following sorted my connection problem; Android 11. On the mobile phone go to Settings: Then go to Sounds & Vibration: Then go to System sound/ Vibration control: There switch off: ALL touch interactions (2) Switch off Screen lock/unlock Doing this sorted out my connection problem and software works perfectly now. Essential.

A number of faults; example, when installed for a while it's ok, but then thing's change for no apparent reason. For example, it will only connect to one hearing aid, but not the other, so only one can be adjusted and not the other. Very annoying.

There isn't a problem with my specsavers hearing aids connecting with my phone via Bluetooth, it's when I need to control them with this app. It was okay when I had them fitted, but when I turned the Bluetooth off for the night, I couldn't use the app the next morning to adjust the volume etc. I still can't.

My aids are set to automatic at the moment with no individually selectable settings, but the app does allow me to change volume, check battery life etc. No problems connecting. I should add, after looking at a few hearing aid apps that some people seem to think these apps are universal - in my experience they are manufacturer specific. Why rate an app 1 star when you have downloaded the wrong app in the first place? This app is designed for UNITRON hearing aids, although it will work with Specsavers aids manufactured for them by Unitron.

Very unstable app. Unable to even run the app and connect to hearing aids when in a mobile call in order to adjust the balance between surrounding sounds and call volume. There are many other random bugs and performance issues. Very frustrating considering I require this app in order to manage my exceptionally expensive Sonora hearing aids... Ugh

Worked great on my older Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra but now that I've upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra they won't stream audio. Massively disappointed as the streaming feature was a big reason I spent so much on hearing aids... I'm tempted to return them if I can't get it to work! I have spent ages trying with them with no success!

Updated my phone and app, nothing works. App can't/won't connect to hearing aids. It can pair/ find them and that's all. No program control, no volume control, can't even 'reconnect' with aids at all.

I do not know what this app keeps doing to my hearing aids, 1. Set of hearing aids connected, they went super loud with white noise 2. Second set exactly the same 3. Sent to manufacturers, came back and done exactly the same For some reason, this app is reprogramming the hearing aids Absolutely shocking

It works OK but has very limited function. For example, I know it has provision for 5 programs. I have only one and it looks as though much of the tweaking of my aids can only be done by my clinician. I'm able to control the volumes of my two aids separately, but that seems to be all.

Only recently downloaded this app. Don't understand why I can't mute audio when connected to tv connector. Disappointed that when volume is adjusted for tv connector it is not saved for next time I use it.

my wife has a pair of Specsavers Advance 439 R Li RIC Digital, (on receipt) but the manual says Advance 470 Occasionally, for no apparent reason, they switch into Bluetooth streaming mode (shown in the app - which is up to date) and go a bit quieter than normal. When in this mode the batteries drain very quickly. There appears to be no discernable reason or occasion for this. Just seems to be random We have been into Specsavers and they were no help at all. Can you help?

An appalling app. Works OK for a day or two, then fails to recognise one or both of the hearing aids. Having to re-install nearly every day and it's driving me mad. Unfortunately by the time you realise what an appalling app it is you've already spent a fortune on the hearing aids!

Installed app/TV streamer yesterday with new hearing aids. It's transformed my TV experience. Used to have everyone in family complain "TV too loud", now not so much. Using up batteries in 48 hrs though, not so good, but that's bluetooth reality, not the apps fault. Really recommend app + Embrace Hearing aids, model S910

Don't think that I have ever been more frustrated with an app such as this one. This app is kind of like using a glass hammer. It's the epitome of low budget app designers. It will fail. I have the patience of Job or so I thought, until my experience with this mickey mouse app. My suggestion is, that if any device you purchased is tied to this app such as Audicus hearing aides, return them immediately. What a waste of time and effort.

Its just not on all the time, if for instance you're being interviewed and you need an adjustment you have to open the app, takes time, and then wait for a Bluetooth connection before you can make adjustments, virtually useless, sorry.

Like others before, after first pairing, won't connect to right or both, connect and battery display disappear, then nothing works, have re_installed a dozen times, each time having to pair the hearing aids, then after coming out app, it won't connect again. Very poor.

I had problems connecting initially, with either left or right connecting and the other side attempting to connect but not ever getting there. I found that disconnected my Bluetooth watch when I want to use the app and it works with both sides connecting.
