* pure tone audiometry using bundled headphones and predefined calibration coefficients from the database (possible for systematically increasing number of devices),
* calibration of the device (in the case of lack of predefined coefficients or for headphones other than bundled).

* printing of the tests results,
* adjustment of calibration (calibration coefficients may be adjusted on the basis of your audiogram produced using an audiometer).
* verification of calibration coefficients,
* suppressing of the masking noise for the purpose of free field audiometry.
Pro version features:
* local database (offline access to tests results, without connecting to the server),
* synchronization (your tests results can be stored on a remote account, created for a given email address; data are easy to recover, transfer to/from any other mobile or simultaneously synchronize on different devices).

I used to work with audiologists, this is the real deal. The only issue is you will need high quality headphones to get a truly accurate result at home and of course if you need the most accurate results go to an audiologist, but this works perfectly well.
Using it in Demo mode, should really be called Uncalibrated mode. Using the same high quality Koss earphones and setup. Allows me to keep a progression chart and do tests after different exposure to loud sounds events. Suits my needs well.
The software is excelentes, but i" m using a Samsung Note Ultra, and dos not differentiate from right ear from left. The speech I telling test for right ear does not emit any sound
Would not play through headphones, rendering the app useless. Having no problems with sound on other apps. Ironic the hearing test doesn't work.
Having been tested several times by professionals (for tinnitus), I think this is a pretty good tool to check for potential issues, and see a professional.
The june 2021 update has bugs. The app was perfectly fine until the june update. Now it is not usable.

Provides me with quantitative assessment of my hearing, which varies due to Ménières disease. It's a great app.

These tests are very similar to the real deal.
This accurately showed the hearing loss I was experiencing and an audiology test at a hospital confirmed the exact same loss. Very good for comparisons but ultimately when working with a phone won't be as good as a hospital test. It would be better if it could be calibrated with some other way than the "a person of normal hearing" method - who is to say someone's hearing is more normal than anyone elses?
Fast response from developer on sound masking. Fixed my issue. App provided ability to save test for comparing possible hearing decline, that was my goal
What a great tool to daily analize the effects of my menieres tinnitus. With this app I'm able to gauge where I am at in my symptomatic cycle.
It was as accurate as the test done at hospital. What would be great is to have a blind test, one that I don't see the end result until I go through all the frequencies, so that I won't be biased.
Very good app but could do with a few improvements such as a home button & some instruction on how to use. I wanted to reward the developer by paying for the pro version but unfortunately this can't be done with in-app purchase but requires the pro version app to be downloaded. This means you have to recalibrate your headphones again (hence only 4 stars).
