Heart Radio App

Morning, it this the new app that being advertised on the radio currently...I have been downloading all the apps on play store not sure which is the correct one

This is a great app which I'm so excited to have because I have access to playlists and a variety of options.

This is great app for U.K. radio. I live in the United States and love radio from The U.K. this is a 10 star app.

I love listening to heart, it's the perfect background noise station! But there are a few glitches in this app that bring it down. After 5-10 minutes of listening it always stops and I have to reopen my phone for it to start again. I'm assuming this is for battery saving but it can get rather annoying to have to keep going back to my phone that often. Also there is no clarification on competitions with the app, its always stated that fm and DAB are eligible to play but does that include the app?

I used to love this app and would have it playing every morning while I'm getting ready for work. Now it gets cutting out after a few minutes of playing. I have tried playing the app on both WiFi and on data with no difference. It's very frustrating to keep stopping my morning routine to keep unlocking my phone and restarting the app.

Sleep timer has suddenly developed a mind of its own. If you change it, it just changes back to whatever value it wants. Now it just shuts down through the night. What's happened to the app. The app system button brings up the limited options which aren't rocket science to understand and it isn't user error. Just want to know what's turning the music off during the night? My router doesn't have any timers set. Help...

Used to be good, but since an update, if im listening to radio on my phone and receive a text or notification, the volume turns down to the point you can't even hear it. It does not turn back up unless you manually take your phone out of your pocket and press on the volume key. Never used to have this problem. I've started to bring ipod to work instead.

This is commercial radio! It already contains ads in the actual broadcast. Why am I forced to watch a 10s ad before I can even use the app and then, incredibly, another 10s ad if I want to turn the app off after having it running in the background. Get rid of these ads, your taking the proverbial.

A lot of people mentioned that they needed to register to continue to use the app. I ignored it and the request to register went away. If I needed to register I would of moved onto a different app. I find this a great and easy to use app with access to a range of stations to suit most peoples taste a bonus is that it uses very little battery life.

Wouldn't stop playing. Process hog app. P30 pro... Closed app down still playing with no notifications... Pressed force stop and app stops for about a minute and starts up again. Had to uninstall or soft reset phone to stop the player. When running couldn't open any other app up properly (they always froze) kept taking up around 80% of my phone processing ability. Uninstall Ed and will never reinstall again (did the same whatever update or however many times reinstall. Gone back to Web version.

Radio stations are not playing!!

Terrible app! Crashes my phone constantly. I close the app completely and music still plays. Or it prevents my screen from unlocking. Both scenarios I have to restart the device!

I don't have any idea why you are not even trying to fix the bugs. It won't stop after you touch the stop button most of the time and consequently you have to go to the app manager and do force stop. It goes even worse when you are trying to use BT headphones or handsfree. Please consider this and fix the bugs.

Couldnt get any worse, music ends after few seconds of starting, a lot of errors every now and then, liking a song doesnt make a difference, it doesnt create a custom playlist, the startup gets stuck and all u see is the loading sign for ever... You'd terminate it, and out of the blue, it'll start up!! And it stops out of no where!! Poorly made

I love heart, but when I close the app the music keeps playing. Very annoying.

Like the shows -- BUT, the radio shuts down after 15 mins, I have tried setting the clock and sleep timer, did not work - tried disabling the auto shut down, did not work - removed app and reloaded - will see - complained to Global but no technical help ... ! ( Weirdly Heart '80's stay on all the time - just Heart does not !)

Good app to use, however its unfortunate that they removed the "custom playlist" feature from the MyHeart section. Being able to hear less of certain songs and more of others was great and surely is a feature many people miss. Would have a higher rating if this feature was still in the app
