This game is fabulous😍. The characters and the story is amazing☺. the reason why I gave it 3 stars are: 1.It crashes very much😡. 2.I don't like the system of energy⚡. I mean like in the previous heart's medicine we have to watch ad to play level which is also annoying but we can at least play as much we want😃. This energy system is makes me stop and to wait for it's refill😩. 3.Stars! We have to collect many stars to open new levels and that many stars are not easy to collect. But good game 😉

I picked up this game last week and got addicted. The things I don't like are the amount of energy you use per game play and the game force closes. You will play for like 5 mins and all your energy are gone. To replenish your energy you will need to pay real money or wait for it to replenish in order to play for another 5-10 mins. Not only that, the times when I paid the energy and the game force closes on me. When I start up the game again, the energy is lost.

It kept saying I needed to connect to the internet to use the meals for energy. How do you think I wrote this? I restarted a few times and it still didn't work. Ugh. These games are getting irritating.

Loved the game to start with and have nearly completed it. But given 3 stars as the game is constantly crashing now, particularly when having to watch adverts, and I lose energy as a result. And now its running double adverts which constantly freeze on the second one so it takes twice as long to view! Plus as I've almost got to the end, having to constantly replay levels just to get the chest rewards is getting tedious. But otherwise I've really enjoyed it it.

Game is really good and I really enjoy it but it has started crashing quite a lot on different nonspecific levels. Either the game completely crashes or the characters just get stuck on levels so that they don't move at all to the ordered directions. I find this extra frustrating since I had just spent actual money for a daily pass, so I don't run out of energy. Feels like a waste of money at this point... Fix this! 😒 Clearly I'm not the only one with the same issue.

Super fun and addicting! Needs more levels added! I've maxed out everything in the normal and elite modes! Any idea when an update will happen?!

So right off the bat: -20/5 for the constant barrage of micro transactions, you can't go 1 level w/o a "sale" showing up. However, you don't need to buy a thing. I'm at lvl 40 and haven't given them more than what I already pay for a subscription. The story is more dramatic than before, and you start caring about characters you'd rather see get hit by a bus. Gameplay-wise its far beyond what the previous games were. Despite the "sales" I recommend this game, just remember: don't buy anything.

I love the Heart games, i have the other two of time to heal and hospital heat and paif for no ads which I considered very worth it. Although with this game the structure is very different. I'm not sure if I like the way it is styled. Also there are way more levels and it costs energy. Which I found weird. I like the original style and pay for no ads way better than this version. Although the storyline so far is not bad at all.

It's fun! The story line is great, I love that there is tons to do and play. However my game is ALWAYS freezing. Probably 1-2 times a day. I'll be in the middle of a level, spent my 20 freaking energy (which takes forever to get and I hate it), then it freezes and I have to shut it off and reboot it. My energy is gone and I have to redo the level. Even if I already completed the task! Annoying. Hopefully it's a bug that gets fixed soon.

I am so disappointed. I am not a subscriber to the games (due to low funds) but patiently sit through all of the ads to play and enjoy the story. I didn't even mind the ads that much, because I could just keep playing after a short interupption. I played the first two levels and don't want to continue. To me, the energy is just taking away from everything the first two games had, which was an engaging story. I'm not as excited to play further because I know I hate these types of money grabber/micro transaction games. I understand that the company needs to make money, but I was okay with the ads and even was thinking about subscribing later when I was able to. I hope that the game gets redesigned to be like the other two, because I just want to enjoy the story without having to look it up second hand to find out what happend.

I'm actually really disappointed with the "Doctor's Oath" version of Heart's Medicine. I absolutely loved the first 2 versions. The story line was great, the levels were nicely laid out on the map in 1 continuous line throughout the whole story and the mini games easily put in there. But this version it turned into every other game, you have energy⚡ which were not in the first 2, if you run out you have to pay for more. The map layout is trash. I have more to say but Google won't let me.

Not entirely happy with this update. The status bar is missing unless I try to start a level then exit out of that screen. I'm also thoroughly annoyed that the special sale screen pops up after you do anything at all. I tried the first super elite level and quickly discovered that the goals were absolutely impossible to attain, even with bonuses. I hope I can come back to it after upgrading the Psychiatric Ward and I'll be able to complete it.

I enjoy this game already and I just started playing. I love how there's a variety of levels to do and missions to solve or puzzles to complete. My only criticism is the energy. Maybe changing it so it cost less energy to play levels and if you replay levels, it shouldn't cost the same. Playing a few levels here and there is okay but there's so much more potential with the game if the energy was changed. Otherwise the game is great!

I have played the previous games in this series, and really enjoyed them. This one is not up to the usual standard unfortunately. I understand that devs would want payment for their hard work creating a game, I have no problem paying for good games. Adding an energy bar, which limits the amount of time you can spend playing, in an attempt to entice people to pay for more is a bit sleazy imho. I quite like the new layout, and having "side" levels, but the energy bar has really spoilt it for me :'(

God. Dec 31, 2019

I was really enjoying the game until the K level. The game started acting wonky. Then, on level 59 right before the L lock the game is completely frozen. It will load the game and allow me to see the level and hear the music but the icons and the screen will NOT move at ALL. The storyline had been great so far. I'm going to uninstall now, because I have tried and tried to reboot and nothing is working. Hopefully this is fixed soon for future players because it really is a good game.

I don't understand why it is so incredibly difficult for people to wait a few hours for some energy to play a game that can be finished FOR FREE! You DON'T have to buy anything at all to finish it! Everything you need is there on the map for you to play and get. Those complaining about ads, you only have those to double your score if you want 5 stars, if you only want to progress and get puzzle pieces DON'T click on the ads. Diamonds and hearts are free to get through gameplay and are abundant.

Hel. D. Feb 7, 2019

I really enjoy this game. The ads don't bother me, but the cost of energy per level is a little high and I think once you've completed a level once to replay that level should cost less. Other free to play games give you the option of watching ads for energy and think that would be a nice addition here. As other reviewers have said the energy bar drains quickly and it interrupts the flow of the story.

Nes. K. Jan 31, 2019

the lightning bolts are not a good idea at all. at each level you lose bolts. gamehouse you have dissapointed me with this. i have been waiting for the release of the game for a while. and im sure i am not the only one who is dissapointed with the structure of the game. the graphics are amazing.... however it is too much money to continue playing, whereas all of your games are a one off purchase....

Hea. H. Jan 27, 2019

I'm about to uninstall. I enjoyed the first two games but the design changes are all just added fluff (buying upgrades with hearts that are so easy to get there's zero skill involved etc). I am not willing to spend a lot of money to buy diamonds and watch long ads (which is the only way to get 5 stars in each level). The previous games were good and I'd have paid upfront for another similar game. I'm really disappointed!

Dan. L. Feb 14, 2019

Been a fan of the GameHouse games for a long time now. I've paid the $10 fee for full games many times and now I am a monthly suscriber. That being said, I have to say that this new version is very confusing, expensive, frustrating, and too restrictive. If other players don't want to pay the $10 then there should be an option for this free version vs. the paid version. Those of us who don't mind paying should be able to do so and play without all of these delays and restrictions. Disappointed!

fun but needs work, i really enjoy playing this game but i feel like a few things could change. the lack of energy is painful. i feel like there should be a way to earn energy without paying money, like maybe when you level up it refills your energy bar. i literally only get to play for about 10-15 minutes at a time. also mini games should cost less energy, especially if i have to play it two or three times to get to five stars. please fix these little things.

Ann. M. Jan 27, 2019

I loved the story and the new map is amazing, I'm also not against playing the same level multiple times so I can get all the stars. Everything in the game is perfect... except for the energy bar. It refills really slowly and the best thing about the game was the fact that there were no micro transactions to play, only adds. I'm not against adds, I even thought it was better. What if the energy bar refilled faster? Maybe every minute instead of every three minutes.

First and foremost, I do appreciate the graphics, the story line and how educational this game is. Most importantly, I love how it keeps you engaged and there are constant developments - storyline wise. Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with the fact that I have to wait to have my energy levels restored (worst case scenerio pay for permanent refills or to activate certain levels). Overall, the game is absolutely lovely and I strongly recommend for other GH consumers to download it.

Lis. D. May 1, 2019

Great update to the game, however it crashed multiple times while I was playing on my phone and when I restarted it I had not regained the energy expended and thus had to continue with the limited energy I had. It's also a little confusing with the map scheme. it should have been a bit more clear cut so that one doesn't have to go back and forth to play a level or minigame.

Ame. L. Aug 7, 2021

I have played the previous seasons of Heart's Medicine before and I was excited to play this season. Unfortunately, I am a little disappointed. Some of the new features, like using hearts as a form of currency and the map not being linear is good. But other features, like expending energy and having to repeat levels because I want to collect jigsaw pieces, stars, and other things are just redundant.. I would probably be more motivated to repeat levels if energy wasn't an issue though.

Chr. S. Jan 23, 2019

I actually like the new game. I agree that the energy takes a long time to re-fill, so it would be better if changed to either less time to re-fill or less energy per level. Other than that, I like the new way to play. The possiblities of additional levels is a great idea because the story can continue where as in the original games, once you beat the last level, that's it.(I do love the original games too, though) Great job!!! Can't wait to see where this story goes :-)

Zai. S. May 12, 2019

I really liked the game, though I'm so frustrated that I couldn't go past level 5. I can't use the key to unlock the rest of the levels unless I found all 50 guinea pigs by playing all the previous levels over and over again or by buying the key, which doesn't make sense in a free-to-play game. Sometimes, the game aslo freezes my phone and I have to restart it or it just suddenly closes and takes me to the home page.
