Unusable. Its quite fun from what I've played all two levels before it crashes. I've cleared the cache, stopped all apps running and then the data and it still crashes at the end of the weird cut scene. So I give in. Plenty of games to play that work. And before the developer asks me to email them kindly don't. Test your game properly, fix what ever is broken.

I loved the game however when you pass 3 phases you have to BUY the game to continue. No thank you. It does advertise as free or unlock levels but you can not do that unless you buy the game. That's a shame because I did enjoy it.

Fun and exciting to play. I love all the different challenges!!! I've downloaded all "The Hearts" games 💕 I recommend this and the others in the series to everyone.

I am a mother of 4 kiddos and I just want to say I love this game 💖!!! The story is excellent!! A very great job making the game I definitely give 5 stars!!! I am very addicted to the game!! A question is their other games similar to this I want to play more!! Thank you so much !! Such a great game!!!!

I love the game and story line. But there is quite a few glitches. Your character gets stuck alot (can't move) while playing a level. Sometimes after and the screen goes completely black and you have to exit out of app and go back in. Levels 40-50 have the glitch with the cart. 9/10 when you click on it to move it to a different bed, the character doesn't respond. This glitch made me fall several times and I didn't alot of time redoing those levels. And some levels just have way too many items

Makes you watch a 30 sec ad EVERY level. Then they force shorter ads throughout the game. I understand making money but, there should be balance. Fun, but I'm deleting the game.

I LOVE this game!!! It has a challenge...but the fact that you can actually take care of people is really great!!!! I would highly recommend this game.... except for one little issue. For one you have to watch a video...you can skip it but it will just bring you back to main menu...also several times i tried to play and it would say blah blah blah can't play because the ad won't download. It was really frustrating when this happened. :(:( Anyhow its a great game!! Hope this review helps!! :)

I love playing the game but it's 3 days now that I can't because there are no proper ads and then it won't let me access the level. I restarted, cleared the cache, closed all apps and have memory to boost, but the problem persists. I can't continue to play like this. It's far from fun to hope that I may get an ad with a counter once a day. So considering deinstalling... Update: It's pretty much unplayable now. I'm lucky if I can open a level every 2 days... at least in older games it can resume

(Edit:) One year later, still the same issue. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work. I absolutely love this series by Gamehouse. After some problems with an old phone, I got a new one and reinstalled the game to finish this one before I moved on to the next. But now, after reinstalling, the game opens and the Gamehouse original story screen fades to black and then the app crashes. I don't even get to the title screen :( I really want to complete this game, I'm so invested in the storyline.

Love the game and the story, but it freezes in the middle of the game! It will allow you to click things, hut Allison doesn't move while the time is still running. Seeing that I'm on level 40 something, it's super frustrating to have to start the level all the way over when I'm already close to the end. Please fix and I will give 5 stars..

This is the best time management app I've played. However, I did experience a few problems. Sometimes when playing, a gray box will pop up that reads: "Version 67" and it isn't a huge problem except for the fact that it will sometimes overlap the pause button, so if I need to restart the round I can't and I have to restart the entire app. I also have an issue with Allison freezing randomly and having to close the app to restart. Overall it's a great game and it beats other mobile game standards.

The graphics has literally keep improving and the game gets smoother and smoother, it is very fun to play! For me, the challenges in this season was easier than the past two seasons. But overall, I love this game very much, the storyline was the best, and this game even consists beautiful soundtracks! Great Job. I’ll be playing the next season now. This game is one of favorite games.

I stared playing thus game last night. Loved the intro, the suspense. I want to finish it, but I'm having a problem with ads. I'm connected to internet but each ad that comes is one of those pages that require a click to dismiss. Isn't there a code that allows continued play with these kinds when video doesn't appear? Can you help?

Hi I just downloaded this game and I am loving it, but I'm in level six and I'm stuck there it's saying no ads I can't play it without an ad ,and I've been waiting for hours .😢please reply me, teach me how get an ad

Frustrating!! I love the game and I'm willing to watch all the ads just to play because I dont have money for it but it wont work properly. I'll be able to play 3 levels then the ads wont work. I have to restart my phone for it work again and I've done it 5 times just to reach level 15!!! Its annoying. Please fix it.

I love this game. It has different level where Allison need to work at different department. Still can handle the level of hardness in this game. Usually I will uninstall any game that become so hard and need more coins to continue but this one still bareable. The storyline are impressive, it is like watching a medical drama. Love the graphic as well. Very well constructed.

What a game man. Storyline is so good. That it leaves you curious to know what happens next and have to play other levels. I played 2 games of heart's medicine till now. Both are just awesome. Enjoyed so much

Gameplay is fun but not the ads. Before playing the stage, there's an ad. Even after the stage, another ad! 🙄

UPDATE: Cleared cache and problem was solved. Quick reply from developer. Thanks! Fun little game and I love that you aren't limited by "energy" as to how much you can play. I can handle short ads before playing the levels. Was great until I can't load level 25. Says it can't show me an ad because I'm not connected to internet (even though I am) or I need to wait until ad downloads but that doesn't happen.

Great game, but it keeps crashing. It doesn't even let me get to the loading screen where you hit play. I have tried: - uninstalling/ reinstalling (when I hit the Facebook button to recover my progress, it crashed again) - restarting my phone - clearing cache. None of these options have helped. Idk whats wrong bc I played the 2 games that come before this one just fine 🤷🏻‍♀️ Edit: Finally got it to work, but I had to start the whole game over. I lost my progress and had to replay a dozen lvls

I have never liked a game so much it's an amazing game but the reason I am giving it 4 stars is there are just a little to many ads but overall the game awesome

Amazing storyline. Love the fact that it is unlimited game play. Only downside is the ads before the start of each level. The minigames for this story are a bit harder than Time to Heal, and a tad bit frustrating, even when you get the hang of it. Overall, would continue playing the series

Wonderful game, loved it. But I went to subscribe to play it more than just the free trial and it apparently glitched and says I still need to watch an ad when I'm already subscribed. Furthermore, the ads don't actually work even though I'm online, so I can't play the game. Reinstalling had no effect.

Wonderful story and good gameplay. First game I have finished in a long time. Can't recommend it enough!

the game is sooo good because when I first saw the trailer-like video, it was soo suspense. and the story is all gooood. but the problem is, every time i upgraded to another level, ads starting to begin. so whenever i play it, the ads repeatedly played over and over.. maybe you should fix this. but overall, its perfecttt..

This game was actually a lot more fun & interesting than I thought it was going to be 😅 Not only do you get to play different mini games & complete tasks, but there's also a legitimate storyline going on that makes me want to check out the other games in the series (so I can find out what happens to the characters 😆). Pretty cool game you folks have created here! Challenging, fun & well thought-out 👌🏽
