This worked the first day and then there was a persistent "connection" issue that prevents me from getting past the login screen. The day I could login, my activities wouldn't auto-sync to the app and tried all available options (Strava + Google fit). Incredibly disappointed in the app esp for such a reputable company. There are features as a coach for my walk team that I'm only able to manage from the app (not able to on the web) so i can't be effective. FIX ASAP!
I went to Google, push install. Never went to my phone. It opened up but I have to go to Google each time then push install each time.
Doesn't work. A message pops up and won't go away saying you can share on many platforms and can't do anything.
Once I install and log in I shouldn't have to enter my password again. When you're in a browser, I get it. When it's an app on my own phone, either remember my credentials or use the phone's biometrics. Also, an app should not notify me to make sure I have the latest version if I'm on the latest version. Other than that, the app works well enough.
It's okay but lacking some major user-friendly features. I hate that each and every time I go to open it, I have to log-in, it's not top secret stuff, why can't you keep it unlocked or offer biometric log-ins? I also hate that they have all these features to share on social media platforms I don't use like Twitter or Facebook. Just give us a way to easily find our shareable link so we can post wherever we please.
Nice layout and features to do what's needed for the Heart Walk challenge; however, I experience repeated problems daily with the app duplicating my time logs and I have to carefully watch the list and delete the duplicate entries so my time is accurate.
I was really hoping this app also showed my timed race results but apparently it doesn't.
Can't remember my password and every time I go through the forgot password and send email, I never receive it. Checked spam and everything... Tried it dozens of times. Tried every password I can think of and still can't get in. Tried making a new account and it said I can't because my username is already being used obviously.
Login information doesn't work on app. It also easy easy to navigate. You just figure things out by clicking.
It worked the first day, the next day had a charity walk tried to log in will not let you log in. Email address is linked to my work and is the weekend and have no way of changing the password even though it doesn't need to be.
Decent app. Having to login at launch is very annoying, it either needs to remain logged in or updated to use biometric login.
doesn't count your steps itself. got to download yet another app to use. only gives 2 options for clocking walking. seems to be more about money than fitness. bad vibes
On my Galaxy 8+, I cannot get past the sign on screen. There are red buttons, but no text in them to connect or sign in.
Terrible not user friendly. Wish there was a convenient way to email people and not have to post on social media.
It was a hit or miss whether it would let me log in or not. When it did let me log in, nothing would load.
Needs to be able to properly sync activity from other apps.
Can't login as the screen remains blank upon opening the app.
It is so cool i was the first one in 3rd gade to do it i felt sooooooo good to help kids whith heart problems when my coach said nobody did it yet i felt so bad i told my mom and she let me do it (yay)

cant get logged on to my lg or fit bit watch WHY so how can i log in my steps for this event can you help

The app doesn't work consistently on my Android phone and won't work at all on my iPad
When the APP syncs with Google Fit (not sure why it can't plug in to FitBit), it adds the same activity multiple times. There are a bunch of folks that are going to be accused of "fudging" their data. Also, the data can't be deleted or edited. There is a screen for it, but it doesn't do anything, even though it says that it is deleting it. I removed the app and reloaded thinking that it was just a version behind, but I have the latest version. There is absolutely NO WAY that I am going to trust this application to solicit donations.
