Heartbeat Listener
To use it, turn on the application, plug in the headphones, launch listening and as if it were a stethoscope, affix the microphone of the device on the chest at heart level. You can record at any time what you are hearing and then replay or share your recordings on social networks.
The quality of listening depends on: -The quality of the microphone equipping your smartphone (or tablet). Following models and brands, the sound quality can range from a clear and audible beat to no beat sound at all. -Your headphones quality. Some devices badly restore low sounds like heart beat and can make listening impossible.
To maximize chances to hear your heart, it is necessary to use the application in a totally silent room.
For better sound quality, the application also provides user the ability to tune sound filter through parameters. This will allow you to adjust settings to your specific device characteristics.
CAUTION: This application does not replace a real medical device and should no be use for medical purposes.

Love this app! I'm using an external microphone inserted in a 10cm diameter hollow half sphere of plastic, it enhances the loudness incredibly! To avoid echoes I'm using a tissue wrapped inside the sphere. The result is unexpectedly clear and loud! Connected to a bluetooth headphone. And I don't need to hold the smartphone too! A wonderful experience! Thank you! 💖
Just recorded mine. Can hear the murmur, even some docs miss it. Mine is congenital and there all the time. Used my cheap LG phone and ear-buds. Note the hole at the bottom edge of the phone -- that's where the mic is. You should hear it easily in a quiet room. Make sure your phone is at max volume. That's it!
It's kinda blurry if you dont hold the phone right but this app could save peoples lives with listening to there hearts and checking how its sounding .My heart actually changes paterns which is kinda dangerous but the only thing im concened about is the radation our phones have .
not bad if you mess with it... it says does not work with headphones with external mic....how ever I just put the inline mic on my AKG headphones over my heart and could hear it.
It worked fine till i got LG Phoenix 3 I go to press power or record the app crashes with Phoenix 3 add compatibilty with Phoenix 3 and I will rate 5 stars again

I love this app. It works best with wireless headphones. Make sure you take off any protective case as you will be using your phones microphone. Turn your phone volume all the way up and change the settings in the actual app. It really does work :) also a small time delay so dont move too fast
This app is wonderful. The sound is delayed, yes, but it works wonders and I can use it for hours without issue. I can clearly hear my heartbeat, but I recommend bluetooth headphones (no mic) and using a case as it gives a much deeper sound. The only issue is sharing, its hard to do especially on youtube. But, no complaints from me. Amazing app!
