Heartland Bank Mobile Ohio
Requirements:Customers must have an active Heartland Bank Online Banking service. If you are not enrolled in Heartland Bank Online Banking service, enroll now by visiting http://www.heartlandbank.com/personal-online-banking and click the orange "Enroll Now" button. After we receive your enrollment request, your ID will be setup. You will receive an e-mail containing information explaining how to access your account(s) online. After you are enrolled in Heartland Bank Online Banking service, you can login, click on the "Mobile" tab located in "Other Services" and enroll in mobile banking to establish your mobile login id and PIN.
Security:Heartland Bank's mobile banking service is an extension of your Heartland Bank Online Banking service so when you login for the first time you will be presented the same security questions, PassMark and phrases you are accustomed to. The mobile app still uses SSL encryption to keep your information as secure as our Heartland Bank Online Banking service.

• View balances on all accounts, credit cards & loans
• View recently cleared and pending transactions
• Transfer funds between Heartland Bank accounts
• Transfer payments to Heartland Bank loans
• Pay bills

Worked great for years, but the big rebuild really broke it. It takes a full 5 count (timed with a clock) to log in after a successful fingerprint read, and another to show transactions after selecting an account. The UI is better, but the speed feels like dialup.
Absolutely horrible app. Fingerprint recognition does not work, and apparently today my password doesn't either. UI is not user friendly, and it's very slow to load information. I truly cannot say enough bad about this app. I'm considering closing my accounts because it's so bad.
The new platform freezes up. I tried to make a transfer to an outside account. I put in my info and it went back to the transfer screen to start over. Was my transfer successful? Who knows! Now I have to call the bank! How frustrating 😡
Absolutely useless 😡 crashes when cashing checks. Clumbsey interface an afterthought to appear heartland is up to date but not even close.
Not easy to set up. You have to click around to get basic settings enabled. Its ok.
Great banking app easy to use
Too many issues trying to use mobile app. After many complaints, i'm giving up on it. not at all customer friendly.
this app hasn't worked on android for the last few months, no effort has been done to fix said issue.
The app is great when it works, I have to uninstall it and reinstall which is so inconvenient.
really like being able to use my finger print to log on. makes using the app a breeze

Used to be a great app. Since the latest version it is broken and will not open. Just constantly crashes. Called and emailed several times. They treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about. Thinking about taking my business elsewhere at this point.
Crashes upon log in. I have uninstalled/reinstalled several times over several days. Still crashes upon login. (Login does work on web version, so I'm not the problem) Web version won't let me enter mobile deposit :( Considering changing banks, the convenience of a usable mobile banking app has become a must-have in my financial plan. It crashes on samsung phone & tablet!
It stopped working/crashing/not loading after recent updates. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it seems to be working well now.
Trying to log on all day today and keeps saying invalid log in and call customer service. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app still says same thing. It's Saturday and they won't be open until Tuesday. Not happy right now.
It is a very simple app which is fine but the print is very very small so basically a no frills app. However I do love the bank and the people are great.
This app has worked fine since installed it in November, 2014. I love Heartland Bank.
If it isn't connecting to the network, uninstall then re install
Sometimes has a hard time connecting to the network. But its very useful, convenient, and accurate :) <3 Heartland!

App has never worked when transferring between accounts. Go back to old app it worked way better.
It just sets and buffers and won't open up. Used to work very fast but not anymore.
