Most of the time the app makes you immediately sign in twice. The online support system is terribly run. If you have problems they will cherry pick what messages to respond to then ignore the rest. Always call in by phone to get any problems resolved. Its completely unacceptable for a bank to ignore customers when there is problems with transactions and the bank is at fault

would give 5 stars if it didnt take so so long to let me log in. So frustrating! Have to wait 3 plus minutes sometimes just watching the little circle spin.. please fix!

I'd give a higher review, however a lot of the time I cannot access my account because the verification questions are not on the screen yet there is an answer box. I have spoken to approximately 5 people regarding this issue. They want to charge me $20 to make a payment over the phone. I refuse to do so because it is not me being late, it is there actual system.

Mobile app has everything you could need to bank, I haven't stepped foot in a branch in years!

Everytime I try to log in it says wrong password but I type it so slow and 100% correct and it still says it's wrong, it glitches alot and when I do get logged in I'll press transfer and it will log me out so I have to sign in again and it just repeats over and over

I like the atm locator and the ability to deposit checks via the app!

I never had any trouble getting a clear picture of a check to deposit until the app was updated. Now there's no getting a good focused picture. All it keeps doing is focusing in and out and captures a blurry picture and obviously won't accept it. Hope it gets fixed because I'm pretty sure it's not my phone. I have a galaxy s6.

Everything is great except the mobile deposit. It closes the app to take the pictures then wants me to sign back in and start over after I OK the picture, sticking me in a loop and unable to do mobile deposits. On an S5

App rarely opens. When it does, it shuts down during a transfer or deposit or history. iOS App works great, Android does not.

App has no close option. Has to be force closed via Android app manager. Recommend an exit option to shut down the app.

The App works great if they are not down for updates or maintenance.

Says error 927? Will give 5 star if I can download old app was great.
