Love the app, especially the load assigned message that will do your mac 10 with just a push of one button. Have not been getting load assignment details since the last update, but hopefully uninstalling and reinstalling will fix that. No more taking notepads to shippers!! Oh, they changed it to just one message instead of two. Nice!!
App was messing up for awhile and now it works great. Had problems as soon as I updated to Android 12. Then an update came out for Android 12 and after that my Heartland app worked without fail. Still not sure if there was something to that, but no longer frustrated when using ot
When it works, it works great, but ever since the updates, it's been very buggy. I've had to uninstall and reinstall numerous times. It's especially frustrating when you're trying to communicate with dispatch or accepting loads when away from the truck.
Still getting the error message ever time I get a message I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app about tem time works great for a few days then the error message is back
If sent a message while scanning documents it takes you from the scanning to messages and wipes out what you scanned. That tends to piss us drivers off!
No Adds and easy to use at time's.
it does what it's supposed to do! but it follows you even in your time off,so i delete the app! transflow at terminal after work
Works for what it's useful for. I can scan loads and do what I need to. Nothing special.
wont even let me sign in ive tried driver code ive tried last 4 off social ive tried last 5 of social i deleted it and reinstalled it originally because i wasn't receiving any messages on it nor was it sending messages im so disappointed with this app
Had it for about a year now, suddenly can't open it, uninstalled it then reinstalled it, now would not even let me register 😑 Why do I need to register again?
Worked great until someone decided to tweak it. Horrible now. Don't waste your time.
App having problems, keep showing error and not receiving messages.
Seems like Heartland has heard about the bugs and put up a tent to fumigate. "pending download" Works better now.
well like some of the other driver said they would not complete the information of the loads needed for the drivers n companies loads in question we need for their load that we are carrying that way they match at the beginning and the driver did not call his driver leader for the needed number they should already be in the Qualcomm transfer whatever you want to call it when the load is being set up by the office staff communicating with the vendors and the Heartland Express employee staff
one of those we dont care about user cause we have a contract with the company apps that goes down and has no support! Sucks
after the new android update the app stopped working.
They Tell You One Thing And The The exact opposite.... It's hard to get serious miles.
There are a lot of times where I don't get the load assignments

Constant need to state I cannot use the app while driving. I'm not moving in any way shape or form.
App is working better now.
Works just fine, I get load and message alerts, I can see my paystubs, I can delete old loads , "push and hold the load you want to delete and swipe left.

Useful for scanning loads, but that's about it. Can't receive messages, can't message anyone except your fleet manager, load info is useless (no p/u numbers or anything), can't see HOS or truck status when it's in the shop. I don't see why the IDC Driverhub app couldn't have just been rebranded. It was several orders of magnitude better.
POS previous app was rated 4.3. Heartland sux too everyone quit. The computers crashed and now the phones stopped working. HEARTLAND SUX
Everything works great but got new phone the Google Pixel 6 pro and now the scanning part of the app freezes up and locks my phone up every time I try to scan in BOLs I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have messed with my phone settings. I have tried everything and still nothing works with the scanning part. Everything else works great
