This is truly terrible. Not at all user friendly. It requires 10 taps for every action. Very irritated with this new app.

Probably the worst "upgrade" for an app I've ever seen. Their online banking platform is garbage now in general. Not to mention trying to get ahold of someone over the phone. Don't get me started on that circus act.

Hate this app. App does not show current car loan information and other accounts on one page!!!!! Need to use web site. 5 steps backwards!!!

Horrible customer reps just talk nasty to you and treat you like trash we arent all money or bank savy. i will be looking to change banks as soon as possible. and dont try and deposit a check from out of state because they try and hold on to it as long as possible then get you for NSF. Dont let them be your bank you will regret it. this new app is horrible very confusing.
