Was doing great until it started asking to save client information and Auto filling my card??? Also started randomly opening on my phone to show ads. The app literally will open by itself and show an add on the screen occasionally one for lingerie while I'm at work. So whatever started going on needs to stop 🙃

Have had good luck with this app in the past, but refuses to populate credit card number when using a Google Pixel 3. The app shows the swiped card's expiration date and the card holder's name just fine, but does not fill out the credit card number. This happens across all card types, and renders the app useless if you're using a Pixel 3. I would consider the app 5-star if I could use it.

There are some MAJOR issues with this app. As I manually entered a customer's card information, a pop-up from Google came up asking if I'd like to save this payment method for later. My customer saw that and was rightfully horrified. If you want to email the receipt to your customer it redirects you into the Gmail (or whatever your default email app is). I really wish it would just ask the customer after they sign and do it all in-app. It also doesn't accept special characters in the password field. So, say goodbye to strong passwords as well. Obviously I'm not very impressed with this app, and for many heartland customers this app is all they see. It deserves far more attention and the first issue I mentioned is absolutely unacceptable.

Please add camera reading support..... Like other apps instead of having to type the entire credit card number we can used the phone camera as reader.

I've had nothing but trouble since the last update. Every time the session times out and I go to sign back in, it doesn't recognize my password so I have to redo one. Really has gotten very old. Fix this. Verizon LG G3.

When I processed with a different company their app could store inventory and prices. With this app you have to have a price list, a calculator, and the app. I wish they would make it better but I stick with Heartland because they are a awesome and honest company.

I don't like having to sign in all the time. Takes too long to setup for your company... too many settings that should be retreived from a simple username and password. Also not professional as far as sending emails. It should send emails from the app itself instead of launching external email application. Just glad I'm not paying for this service and my boss is. For my business I use intuit gopayment. Much simpler. Also needs to be reinstalled often and batches do not settle properly if cell connec

Works like a charm and allows our business to accept plastic anywhere. With Heartland encryption being best in industry I don't have to worry about PCI issues. BTW, it dies work on Android 2.3 and higher.

Mobuyle encrypting reader(card swiper) only works on Android 2.2, will not work with 2.3 or higher.
