GETTING STARTEDTo use the Heartland National Bank App, you must be enrolled as a Heartland National Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Great. Love the quick sign in with pin number. Very user friendly. If you still have problems telephone customer service is excellent too.
Well built and easy to use. Hangs up on syncing oncecin a while but not very often.
The app doesn't show who or what was paid in as much detail as the website does. This can make it difficult to figure out what a debit was for.
So far I haven't had a problem with the Heartland app. I'm able to check my balance, pay bills and take care of other bank business I have.
App is only good for checking your balance. Trying to deposit a check with mobile deposit is a joke. Sad to say, giving one star is more then this app has earned.
Is a great app, always use it for everything and the notifications for transactions is the best!!!

Went to bank young lady put in my information and went home tried to change password downloaded wrong app,did not know what your logo looked like. It was a mess, not happy. Spoke to someone else, got in, then had to go to another site to try and change info and low and behold here I am. Haven't found where to go to change password or even user name. May use a different bank, where banking is easier online People at bank are great, don't get me wrong, but everything should go smoothly
