Very buggy. Fine before. Now can't even login. Keeps saying can't connect to Internet. Don't connect on my WiFi or 4g!🤬
It's a con, most places don't update your points, tech issues apparently, so you spend money and never get reward points.
Unable to use app since latest update, log in is not user friendly and crashes once entered details.
Can't login and can't reset password totally useless app and website.
Awful login procedure. Never allows card or password to be stored.
Messed around with it too many times was better before they keep changing it tech bods trying to justify there existence No notification of landings I just use flight radar now the app is pointless
doesn't get past first screen which asks for permission to send notifications. the option is not enabled and nor is the skip option. tried uninstall/re-install but same result. stuck on that first screen. very disappointing EDIT: Now tells me I have no internet connection on the same screen mentioned above. Tried using Wifi and Mobile Data

As a cab driver I use this app a lot. Greatly improved app compared to previous versions. Flight status is updated quickly and we get notified. I would like though to give the same info as the panels inside the airport: landing time, arrival at the gate time, luggage delivery starting and end moments.
Useful, but check as it tells me my BA flight is going from terminal 3, but every other Google search and BA itself is saying get to terminal 5
Generally good. But with a few changes it could be great. The app is very slow to updated with delays only showing after the plane has taken off even if it should have arrived. Also in the new update the time till departure is actually eta.
Flight delays are shown on the website list, but not the app, so if your flight isn't on time, you won't find that out here.
no attention to detail. the scheduled departure time for appears the be the scheduled arrival time (inbound flights).Scrolling down reveals more info but overlaid on other data so illegible as is the flight number in the top right hand corner. Someone has been tinkering for tinkerings sake rather than improving the app which was pretty good anyway.
This app used to be very good and accurate. I have been using it for 6 years now. AND IT IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. As a taxi driver it was a very useful tool. And now almost every single flight I come to do a pick up (1-2 a day) It is misinforming and I end up paying high parking charges. Well done Heathrow, another way to rip people off.
I've installed this app to be able to book car park quicker. However, the app doesn't store the credit card details unlike the desktop site. So it is actually faster and easier to use the desktop version for that reason. What is the benefit of this app at all then?
Downloaded this app and it all works ok the first time but everytime i go back to it, it will open then close instantly. Very frustrating. Have installed it many times in the last 2 weeks with the same result
Waist of time, I've registered all ok, but when I open the app it wants me to put my information in again this I do even using auto fill it says details wrong utter Waist of time, imagine in a queue to use it but you can't because it says no! Please fix, in 2021 we shouldn't have issues that go on like this 😡
Uninstalled. Terrible update. The app now automatically starts my Bluetooth which I neither need nor want. I turn my Bluetooth off - the app restarts it instantly. Consequently my battery is being drained at an alarming rate....uninstalled.
Very British app for a very British airport; Barest minimum comforts. Less reassurance (information) that watching departures boards. Where is my gate info! Even if it's gate shown @hh:mm. Bet you there was an argument about plastering the app with adverts for Luxury boutiques. That is after all what LHR appears to really be about. (Bet LHRs CIO still resents giving up their BlackBerry!) At least LHR has joined the 21st century and is offering free WiFi at last (Still want an email though!!!)
Could be a great app but full of so many bugs. Cannot add flights to my list, constantly crashing at random times to name just 2. Sort it out please! Update - App still not adding flights months later
Unable to log into Heathrow Rewards. Keeps pushing me to the website and everytime I try to log in with my email, my card number, and password, it keeps telling me that I have to reset my password. I have now tried this many many times and waited many hours and days for the email to be able to reset my password but it has never arrived. I have checked my inbox and my spam/junk email folders and nothing. I've also emailed customer services many times but no response.
What a stupid secrutiy model. You can set yourself a long password but the app only accepts 10 characters in the password field. Longer passwords are generally more secure so why the arbitrary limit? Also the disconnect between the length of the password you allow me to set and the password i can type into the app means i cant log in rendering me frustrated and your app useless.
Used to be very good, reliable and accurate. Now the flights' status only updates randomly, usually never for the flight you're interested in, confusing arrival with departure, thus giving inaccurate time until arrival. If you want the good stuff, just use Google or check the airlines' websites.
when you searching flight it can be voice search. it will be easy while driving rather than typing flight number in. hopefully you able to change this. thank you. especially for taxi drivers...

Downloaded for the map and it is horrible; Heathrow Rail hard to find, search pull up menu randomly opens and closes far too easily, simple features like external doors to get in not clear until you zoom right in, scroll slightly too far and you level resets... If you manage to get it to give you directions, they're idiotic Central Bus Station to T3 check in (literally up two floors and next door) it suggests a 43 mins route with two trains, a bus, and a visit to T5!
