I liked the inventory, liked the search options. Good products and good deals from what I could see. But the app kept freezing every time I went to add an item to my cart, making it a useless app. Would give 5 stars if it actually worked
Your app doesn't work! It's stuck in the page that tell us"fresh new design" "special every day" but where do we go from there? Ridiculous. Unusable.
They always have the newest products even before they are on the market to pre-order. Shipping takes a while because they are outside the U.S. Great company!!

A shopping app that requires the need to access my phone calls, photos, media, and files. NOPE!
This app asked to be allowed to make phone calls as well as look at my pictures. Why does a shopping app want to have permission to use my phone? I don't trust it.
it will not let me add my address and it gives me no option to contact customer service therefore I cannot order anything if I would like to because I cannot choose my address or my shipping method.
Why does this app require access to files media etc when trying to install
Why is it that everytime I try to put a product on my wishlist it tells me "Product not exists"

There is a bug wherein I tried to order an item, it freezes. I found out when I browse the web site, the item is out of stock. And for some reason, the order multiplies when I check the summary on the cart. Lastly, I did not get the discount for 1st time order.
I tryed to open to log in and its just blank wont load tryed to reinstalling and it blank it worked a day ago. But no any more
App wouldnt open on my lg stylus 3. Worked fine befor on a different phone but all i get now is a white screen
You don't need my storage, phone contacts or camera to work. Get lost. You can shove your privacy breaking policys way up there. I hate it when companies do this. Extremely bad. Avoid this bull and use something else.
Never again would i shop from heaven gifts. I accidentally addes $160 threw times on a row because it said it was declined and everytime they took my money. Have hardly talkwd to anybody and then they just quit replying. They gave me a number to call but guess what....it was the wrong number! Smh

The service helped me fix a problem that went wrong so I got to say this is actually pretty amazing. Would continue to buy more from here.

Nope, not giving acess. Update, after 2.0 still wants access, still not giving access to my device and info (and no way I'm giving it acess to make calls)!!! Don't even bother with this app, complete waste of time. Update #2 after saying i tried the updated version they sent the same response. they aren't reading the issues, just doing reply all. Would give this app -1 star if i could.
