Lao Tzu will offer a choice between 2 meditations within each chapter. One meditation is dedicated to the I AM affirmation principle. The other, is dedicated to a unique nature sound to help you reconnect to soul.
Concluding each chapter, Lao Tzu will yield final wisdom and present to you the badge for that teaching. But, in order for you to receive that badge, you must first tap the screen to affirm your new belief!

Perfect way to start meditating...
This could be the meditiation app to have. Had to buy to support developer. Sound effects are superior. Dont like the intro music cause it reminds of a computer game of the 90s
I've tried several meditation apps and this is one of the best. I liked it so much, I upgraded to the paid version.
I love using this app for meditating. Its very relaxing and the affirmations echo in my mind throughout the day. Definitely an app that I recommend to anyone, especially those interested in the tao te ching.
