I love the app..however it could be easier to understand the available balances and bill pays could be faster, i would use it more often.
you really need to work on a better system for mobile deposits. I shouldn't have to take 10 pictures just because your system cant recognize it.
Not worth downloading!! It never lets me transfer money. Only thing its good for is checking your balance. I need to change banks ASAP!!
Love the remote deposit feature!! I don't live near a HEBFCU branch, but this app allows me to conduct business remotely.
Had fun doing a #mobile deposit for the first time. Video is very helpful, i recommend it, if not sure on how to do a #mobile deposit.👍🏼

The app is always handy and I am able to do all my transactions quickly and easily.
was able to do stuff from my phone instead of going all the way to the office..very convenient.
App doesn't update with transactions after Friday evening and is currently not showing checking and savings details for the past week.

I enjoy this app, easy and convenient. I was used to calling at least once a week for my balance and transfer needs and usually frustrated by end of call due the customer service. Now with app it's a better.
